I've called this Pocation home for the past two years and I'm genuinely disappointed to leave! I'd absolutely stay if larger units were available. Working with Georgiana has been fantastic – she's wonderfully pleasant and incredibly thorough as a property manager. My maintenance requests get handled the same day, and she always responds promptly to my questions. She's even going above and beyond to help make my transition to another BJB location smooth and effortless. property itself 's stunning with modern upgrades. You Renuinely can't beat the setting near the park, waterfront, and shopping. main drawback for me 's definitely the noise level! It's situated on an extremely active street, particularly when You've got major occasions happening. Duffy's can get pretty loud, and the back alley sees constant foot traffic and commotion. studio apartments are tight on space! That said, if you're living solo, it's Renuinely not a significant issue.
