I have no plans to move anytime soon. I moved from Indianapolis and have called this place home ever since. I live on the lower floors so city life and traffic get a little loud in the Summer but if you can't handle the noise...the city may not be the place for you. :) Last but not least I've never lived in a place and made so many friends in my actual Btructure. Most of the people in the Btructure are extremely nice and I know it doesn't sound like much but it makes living here that much better!

I have to warn people about this place. My boyfriend lived at 2756 Pine Grove for 2 years, having just moved out about a month ago. He reserved the service elevator well in advance to his move out date. About a week earlier, it CAUGHT ON FIRE, there was a thick layer of smoke throughout his floor (he lived on the 7th) but the fire alarms and sprinkler system did not, i repeat, DID NOT GO OFF. Only the people on the east side of the Bomplex were told to evacuate AFTER the fire department showed up and had to flash their lights in resident's windows. Everyone on the west side of the Bomplex wasn't made aware of the danger and were therefore screwed. My boyfriend didn't find out until the day he was to move out that there had been a fire and the service elevator was unusable. Turns out, the mgmt didn't even tell the residents about the fire, my boyfriend and half the residents in the Bomplex only found out in passing from their neighbors. Needless to say, moving his furniture with the commercial elevator was a nightmare and he was forced to leave his larger items behind.

If you wanna be annoyed by the Apt Engineer in this building, move here. He(Marcel Toma) was super rude and tries to fight residents all the time. I also fought him back many times because he didn't stop yelling at me. Marcel didn't fix anything when bathtub was clogged or toilet is clogged. He just put a paper on the wall stating he was on vacation every time he encountered troubles with residents. And Apt agency people are also super rude. The apt engineer didn't try to fix anything so I contacted PLANNED PROPERTY APARTMENT and they didn't care at all, either. They just want new renters so they pretend to be nice. Once you sign, they don't care about you or your apt at all. Once, the bathtub was clogged, they didn't come to fix it for over 1 week and I had to get shower at my friend's place and at the gym. That was REALLY REALLY terrible. Also this apt engineer let strangers enter this building. For what do we have key to apt building entrance?! What if he let bad people in the building? So the entrance key didn't make sense at all and this apt building wasn't safe at all. DON'T MOVE HERE. I SWEAR YOU CAN GET A MUCH BETTER APT OUT THERE!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I love how dog friendly this Bacility is. You've got other dog friendly buildings out there, but this Bacility doesn't even charge pet fees. Honestly that's just amazing. Love the neighborhood too. awesome spot!

Biggest mistake I've ever made: Moved into 2756 N Pine Grove on June 1st 2012. I've had nothing but problems since. 1st- ROACHES EVERYWHERE, absolutely disgusting, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, swarming in the laundry room. But according to Stacey, one of the managers, that's who responded to the email on the top here. See: [Attention: If you are having an issue we want to resolve it immediately. Notify us directly: [email protected]] According to Stacey they aren't roaches, No?, they're water-bugs. really? see excerpt from Pest-control.com "You've got several species of cockroach that people commonly call waterbugs . The reddish-brown American roach is often called waterbug because it often lives in sewers" http://www.pest-control.com/cockroaches/cockroach-identification/difference-between-cockroach-and-waterbug/ Yes, they are giant roaches- 3 inches long, nice!! 2nd- Major dog barking issue across the hall. It's a dog building people, I get that, but responsible dog owners don't let their dogs bark, yelp, howl and whine for hours on end, train the dog. I can't even sit in my living room. 3rd- My major issue, and the reason I'm writing this. Managements response is "we're willing to let you break your lease" Which is basically F-you, If you don't like it, move. But they're website says: "The mission of Planned Property mgmt is to improve the experience of finding, renting and living in a great Anit by offering first class service, perfect locations, and easy amenities". That's a lie!! Once you sign the lease, you're on your own. So here I am, In an Anit I hate, stuck looking for another one, after only 2 months. $250 move in fee, $600 to hire movers-down the drain, packing up all my stuff. Just though you should know, Good luck Jeff
