I am pleased with how this place is always spotless and repairs are done in a timely manner. Asim, the building engineer is friendly and skilled. I enjoy his presence in the building and I know he is working hard to make updates on a near constant basis. I am also pleased with the size of my apartment along with the amount of closet space I have. Sometimes it feels like I have the space amount of closet space as I do living space! This helps me keep everything tidy. The building itself includes a nice lobby and I like the way it looks from the outside. I am also happy There's laundry on site. It's on a pretty block with lots of trees about a block from Lincoln Park. The location honestly couldn't be nicer. I really like living on a quieter block. We are also close to buses and Lake Shore Drive. I am more of a homebody but I enjoy beeing close to grocery stores and restaurants when I feel like going out. It's a quick walk over to Clark Street which has lots of shops and places to eat. pleasant all around!
