I absolutely love this apartment! The convertible studio is a perfect size for my cat and me, and the balcony is an added bonus. In-unit washer/dryer was a must for me and is hard to find in Lincoln Park, so definitely nice to have here. Amenities are acceptable, rooftop is nice, and common spaces are always clean. The best part is the Reside community and the variety of activities (free or heavily discounted) that are offered every month. I love it here!

I have lived at Park Lincoln for almost 4 years now and have enjoyed every thing about my experience. Some of the highlights include the location, the maintenance and office staff, and then quality of the apartments. I recommend Park Lincoln to any and everyone!

Overall great location and nice apartment. Does not stay comfortable at a reasonable cost. Consider a utility cost of up to $200 per month when temperatures are extreme (on top of $50 fixed utility cost to building).

The entire apartment search and lease process was easy! Riley is awesome! The rent is more than I planned on paying, but once I saw the apartment, the location, met the staff and felt safe there - I was sold!

Great location, older building but overall a great place. Wish that there were updated hallway spaces and a pool, as well as a notification system when packages arrive. However, the location can't be beat and the maintenance team is amazing.

Love the community and overall experience here. The staff are great, the apartment is clean and well kept before moving in. Some paint stains on the ground and dirt on the fridge but other than that it is good quality.

Reside Living is the best management company I've ever experienced as a long-time city renter. The building feels safe, clean, and if there are any maintenance issues, they are handled quickly and efficiently. I also enjoy the amenities (rooftop, fitness center) and the rewards program.

Overall, it's a great place to live. We are very happy with the location, the interior, and the staff. There are occasional issues with dog barking that detract from the experience, but for the most part it has been great.
