I've had an excellent experience at Park Lincoln Reside. Maintenance and management are responsive and prompt. The building is kept very clean and the residents are reminded to be respectful of other tenants (i.e no smoking, no loud music, no excessive barking).

Great so far. Michelle and Evan have been helpful at settling in and knowing what to do. They helped with lease signing, setting up parking, and furniture delivery. Gil from maintenance also made move-in seamless. Love the new space, perfect for one person in LP

The location of the apartment is great, theres lots of places to access easily. The management office takes a long time to respond and can be very rude. The maintenance staff is very kind and responsive. The community facilities are kept clean. Rent and parking are fairly expensive. I would recommend getting a place with a porch to enjoy sitting outside when weather is good.

Reside does a lot to keep their residents happy. The maintenance team especially is incredible, and their hard work has made my stay so easy. The building is well cared for in a safe area, and all the other tenants are kind, quiet, and courteous. It is, however, incredibly expensive. The amenities are sparse, and I think you can find a better stay for a much more reasonable price.

Great location but the management is just like any other. They say no smoking but people still do it. Constant building work during Covid which was frustrating. Pet friendly but they have no pet amenities

Clean building, friendly staff and a great location. This is my second time living in a Reside building and I have been pleased both times. Love that I have new appliances in the kitchen. I couldn't tour the apartment before renting due to COVID, but I feel the virtual tour gave me an accurate feel for the size of the unit.

We signed a lease and moved in to Park Lincoln in the midst of the pandemic, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Even though we virtually toured the place, we felt truly confident signing here because of the leasing office. The whole process was executed flawlessly! Move in was also fantastic. Apartment is gorgeous, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, the building is well maintained...we have no complaints!

This is a great apartment building located in a lively part of Chicago! Friendly staff keep the building well maintained and respond promptly to any issues. Building managers always share updates in a professional manner. Highly recommend this place!

Our new apartment is so spacious and beautiful! It has everything we were looking for and more (in unit laundry, balcony) with rent we can afford. We were even able to choose an accent wall color before we moved in for no additional charge. We are so happy! The staff members are all very friendly and helpful and common spaces are very clean.

Generally a very nice building, kitchens are modern and appliances are great. In unit washer and dryers are a huge plus. Maintenance and community staff have also been very friendly and helpful. East side of the building also has a view of the lake.
