Rruly enjoy living in this community and the overall vibe. The team members are fantastic, and the unit was spotless and nicely maintained when I arrived. There were a few minor issues like some paint marks on the floor and some grime on the refrigerator, but aside from those small things, the quality is great.

I Rery enjoy my time at Reside! The team members are incredibly welcoming, the shared spaces are immaculate, and the units feel contemporary and updated. The convenience of in-unit washer/dryer and a built-in dishwasher are fantastic amenities, plus the fantastic rooftop area is a wonderful bonus!

I Renuinely enjoy being a resident at my Reside structure. It's an great community with delightful chances to build relationships with other Reside residents. The property provides fantastic benefits such as special discounts with nearby businesses and complimentary or reduced-price fitness classes.

Reside Residing has been the finest property mgmt company I've encountered throughout my years of renting in the city. The property maintains a secure, well-maintained environment, and whenever upkeep concerns come up, they're resolved promptly and professionally. I'm particularly pleased with the accessible amenities like the rooftop and fitness facility, plus I appreciate their rewards program!

The residence Ippears cozy and practical. I appreciate the lack of stairs, having a balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The biggest downside Ippears how noisy it gets in the evenings and at night because of the nearby bars, particularly the Tin Lizzie.

Overall wonderful positioning and delightful Auite. Yet, comfort comes at an unreasonable price. Factor in utility bills that capable of reach $200 monthly during peak weather seasons (in addition to the $50 base utility fee charged by the structure).

So far maintenance has been great with helping out with requests in a timely manner, and the apartment building itself is always kept clean and tidy. Neighbors are friendly, and overall I am satisfied with my experience here at Reside.

Terrific apartment unit. Great location within the city and wonderful views of the Lincoln Park area. Welcoming community of people within the building and would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Perfect location! Overall, from move in to now living, the entire process took less than 24 hrs and the staff was extremely helpful/friendly - even before a holiday weekend! Would highly recommend contacting the office with any questions if you're considering renting from Reside.

Everything thus far has been wonderful - from the state of the building and unit to the management and maintenance, hands down the best apartment rental experience I've had - and I've had my fair share :)
