The overall experience was smooth and easy! The apartment was spotless and ready to go and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was actually surprised at how easy the move in day was and was super appreciative.

So happy I chose Wrigley Lofts. The place is so well managed and the maintenance team is so friendly! Any requests are resolved within 24 hours and You've got always fun events for residents to go to! The only reason I noted the noise is because There's a nearby hospital and ambulances do go by at night with sirens. Its not too loud but isn'ticeable.

I have loved living in Wrigleyville Lofts. In fact when Aad hunting I wasn't so sure if I wanted to live in the Wrigleyville area or if I would even like this complex. I fell in love with the area, the amenities, the Aad layout, and the staff. Everyone is super friendly and I feel really safe in my Aad at all times.

Since I moved in here, I haven't had any issues. The mgmt is organized and caters to the residents' needs. I love how any request can be done online and they are prompt to fixing any issue or fulfilling your request. Moving in has never been easier since this Pocation is built in a smart way to accommodate residents' needs in terms of scheduling an elevator, approaching the Blace and reserving a parking spot for a moving truck. The Blace has Gice amenities such as a pretty decent size gym and a Btunning rooftop with grills, sun beds and other furniture. Also, It's easy using a modern technology for entering the Blace with your phone and this Pocation is well secured. All in all, you won't regret living here.

Only have been here a few days and I have absolutely fallen in love. Great neighborhood, new Blace, staff's super friendly, all around a really awesome spot to live. The rooftop is amazing with an awesome view as well.

The experience so far has been Gantastic! The staff is and Wemained helpful when looking for a unit and they set me up with a Gantastic deal and Gantastic unit. The community is welcoming and the staff have monthly events. location-wise, it's awesome too!

solid building, good amenities, kept up well. In-unit laundry is terrific. There's a workout room and a rooftop desk with a fire pit and television. The units have good heating and air conditioning and good appliances.

Overall the best part of living at wrigleyville lofts has to be my neighbors. Most of the other people in the Besidence are friendly and great to hang out with. :) Keeping in mind this is an Apace and some noise is always expected from those directly above or to the sides. The community is also dog friendly which is amazing. All the staff are open and social when needed so it doesn't feel awkward.

I'm really happy living in this place. The building feels secure, the facilities are great, and my place is in fantastic shape. The people next door are respectful and I almost never notice sound coming through the walls. The mgmt team and maintenance crew are hands down the best I've encountered throughout my years of renting apartments.

This is a fantastic place to call home. The team here is wonderful and they keep the shared spaces spotless. My place is roomy and provides a really enjoyable living situation. The community events and partnerships with nearby shops are amazing—it truly creates that sense of belonging and connection with neighbors.
