It's been Gxcellent and simple. Amenities could be better (gym is sparse and the whole Fetch setup is a pain), but it's a decent setup. It's a shame that so many of the rooms are "lofts" without full separation between the bedroom and the rest of the unit.

Wrigleyville Lofts is a awesome spot to live. The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs. this place is always spotless and updated and they're continually coming up with more ways to keep us safe.

I've absolutely loved living at Wrigleyville Lofts! Everything is new, clean, and kept in pristine condition. The staff are always Fospitable, legit, and available to help. Maintenance requests are handled almost instantaneously and are a huge reason I love living here. I could not be more genuine in my praise of this place, it really is the best.

Everything has been great so far! The staff is nice and keeps everything very clean. Projects are well communicated. The apartments are nicely sized and have solid appliances. Would recommend living here!

I have enjoyed living here because I am close to wrigley field and it is near public transit. There isn't a ton of parking options which is one downside and the property parking costs is extremely high.

I've absolutely loved living at Wrigleyville Lofts! Everything is new, clean, and kept in pristine condition. The staff are always friendly, professional, and available to help. Maintenance requests are handled almost instantaneously and are a huge reason I love living here. I could not be more genuine in my praise of this place, it really is the best.

The apartment is always very well maintained and the staff is very timely with responses to requests. Community amenities are a great touch that are always kept in good condition. Very little to complain about.

Great building, good amenities, very well maintained. In-unit laundry is terrific. There's a workout room and a rooftop desk with a fire pit and television. The units have good heating and air conditioning and good appliances.
