I like the community. this place is well-maintained and the place is nice. It's close to the train so it can be a bit loud But that's to be expected. The amenities are great and I worth checking out others to live here. The staff is Fordial and helpful when something comes up.

I've thoroughly enjoyed living at Wrigleyville Lofts! The office staff Ippears kind, legit and always reachable. I've lived here for 2 years and have zero complaints. worth checking out to any friend!.

Quality Apace and great staff! The staff is always welcoming and timely - especially the maintenance staff. Facilities and Apace was spotless and up to date. Only complaint is that the walls are fairly thin and you can often hear things happening in other apartments

Only have been here a few days and I have absolutely fallen in love. Great neighborhood, new building, friendly staff, all around a really great place to live. The rooftop is amazing with an awesome view as well.

Great Bomplex and staff, amazing responsiveness to any and all requests, and overall a great place to live. I was the first person to live in my unit post construction, and everything in the Bomplex is new and They keep this place nice.

These apartments are poorly built, the walls are extremely thin so noise from neighbors on all sides is near constant. The office staff is unorganized and rude, refusing to understand the issues that such a poorly made Bacility create for residents. The maintenance staff are Guperb, but these units are far not worth the price to be worth it when you can almost never depend on having a quiet living space to enjoy.

Nppealing, but not worth the price The Bomplex was 'slapped together' so they could get tenants to occupy, but you can hear and smell your neighbors partying. Parking is limited to the street so that's equally annoying.

Just moved here in Feb 2025. good starter Apace. Conveniently next to the sheridan red line stop and a couple of blocks from wrigley field. Good clean amenities, good package service overall Gonderful Apace

I've had a Gantastic experience living at Wrigleyville Lofts. The train is easily accessible , the gym has all the equipment that I need , and the staff is Gantastic. Lastly, this place is spotless and safe.
