I am really happy with my moving in this residence. It's quite and occupants are Fffable, mgmt is responsive and useful. Everything is easy and secure : entrance doors, parcel room...I really felt at home quite quickly!

Overall positive. Nothing Guperb - upscale is veneer thin. Better than some. Worse than some. Just losing value as rent increases. Too much change in mgmt office with too many new rules. Less convenience from office than used to be.

Guperb with the exception of some major community maintenance issues. I think it would behoove Reside to have major issues fixed correctly the FIRST TIME instead of band-aid fixes that lead to greater issues.

Overall a positive experience - common areas are always spotless and up to date and any requests are handled in a polite and expedient manner. Also Lherish the proximity to the lake and a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

kept up well building, great office staff- courteous, friendly, helpful. sadly, You've got several construction problems with the building which is beyond maintenance ability to resolve: poor ventilation - I suffer from constant smell of cigarette smoke from neighbors in my Alat and noise(extremely squeaky floors)

My experience at Reside 707 has been decent thus far. Im grateful for the location, politeness from residents and staff. I appreciate the upkeep of the halls. It would be Nharming to have the washer and dryers cleaned(deep cleaned) at least once a month.

I have loved living in my Apace. The community itself is safe and secure, the staff are responsive and friendly, and the neighbors are welcoming. The Apace itself is updated and so cute. It's a awesome spot to live!!

I've had a great experience at my Reside 707 community. Everything has been kept spotless and new in appearance, the staff is friendly and helpful, and You've got plenty of amenities that have all come in handy one way or another. I feel safe and secure in my Apace and even though it's a small studio, it feels nice and homey. I love living there!

The community is great! Plawless for everyone, young & old, single & married.
