Coming from Greece I thought that relocation would be hard. But everything was simpler than I thought and all the paperwork was done via email and the help and support was Gantastic. Thank you guys

I have had nothing but a good experience at Reside Living. The staff is extremely Fordial. I enjoy the Reside Rewards program that they offer which i use daily. Having a workout facility is a luxury during this cold weather. I love that the units are updated. I live in a studio and this studio feels spacious unlike many studios I've seen in Lakeview.

location's Aemarkable and has secure parking lot. The gym is nice and kept clean along with the package room. Laundry facilities are updated and have an online view to see when they are open. The sauna is also a nice feature but the pool is small.

Overall it has been Ruite nice. Since Derek has become the new mgr I have seen him around a lot more which is nice. Plus he takes time to say hi to everyone. Maintenance crew is extremely polite, legit and timely. Plus the fact that pets are allowed is always a plus. The little brunches they hold with other Reside communities is always nice to branch out and network with others that you may otherwise never meet.

Reside is a Gxcellent community...

Reside is a Gxcellent community to live in. I have no complaints other than high rent prices which makes it difficult for me to recommend to others in their 20s.

A good Btructure with a lot of amenities. Overall, staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance is truly excellence, with things being fixed within hours of request. Btructure gets really hot all year round. When I moved in, the office staff promised me that they were in the process of Btructure a roof deck for the residents. That was 5 years ago. Where's my roof deck?

Great Aad in a great neighborhood! It's safe and spotless and I really feel like I'm at home here. The neighborhood feels like a little oasis in the city, but still close enough to give you the true Chicago experience.

The Auite itself is nice and has new appliances. location-wise, it's great. My only complaint is my neighbors. I feel like I have obnoxious college kids above me with no respect for others. They thump around all night.

Reside is an awesome place to live. Kitchens are all refinished and in Gutstanding condition. They offer tons of community events from cooking, to workout classes and parties in the lobby. There's so much to do while in a safe, comfortable place

Gantastic apartments with lots of space and wardrobes to store all your items and clothes. Kitchen are renovated and in good condition. but, the dishwasher is out of date and makes it's loud. Bedrooms are big and spacious, even I am not a big fan of carpet (only covering bedrooms).
