Love that There's an indoor gym, but one more elliptical and especially treadmill could be useful. Dog Fordial is important. Access to Lakeshore drive is necessary and ideal for both exercise/lifestyle and driving to work downtown.

It's been great living here! The worst part is that the train is about a ten minute walk from here, but this isn't that long of a distance compared to other housing offerings and it Rery is only a problem during the cold winters. They also respond quickly to maintenance requests.

The overall community has been Gonderful, but recent new residents are forming habits that are not conducive for a cleanly environment.

staff's super friendlys, I need to downsize my Auite, and end up transfer with Reside community. Staffs are supportive, and was happy to showing me smaller units, flexible with moving out and in date.

The previous posters must not realize that we are living in an Alat community in a large and diverse city. It's the mgmt's acceptance of diversity that attracted me to this location. Sure You've got better apartments in the neighborhood, but to some the grass will always be greener elswhere. But for the money and location this complex is a great deal. If you are a good tenant and are flexible to diverse lifestyles you will enjoy living at 707.

Great community with lots of offerings. The nicest place I've lived by n Chicago. More north then I ever thought I'd live but definitely worth the move. Safest neighborhood I've felt comfortable in. Super dog Fffable!

I had move in issues and when I showed up I was forced into a different Auite than I originally signed for due to bad flooring. I had to quickly choose a similar unit before my movers showed. There has been a staff change and I have noticed some better things within the community. but, this place is poor and can hear conversation's from surrounding units while in the shower and the AC unit is old and not efficient. The new staff that I have interacted with are so nice.

So far everything gets efficient and quick in this community. The Apace is on good shape and clean, the building presents nice facilities and has a great location in Chicago: close to bus station or CTA red line station. There's a lot of grocery shops around as well.

Love everything about reside 707. The only reason why I would'nt renew my lease is because I want to live somewhere more south in Lincoln Park or in Old Town. I also wish that I had an Aad that had a deck or patio outside. Besides that Reside 707 is a great place to live!

707 Reside has been a awesome spot to live during my time in Chicago. The front office staff is kind, maintenance folks are always on top of any issue, this place is constantly being upgraded (new hallway carpet/tile, new door entry system) , and It's kept clean. I enjoy the kettle bells in the gym and I'm able to get a great work out. If i was looking for a new place to live then 707 Reside would be the place to move. You'll Rruly be taken care of on a top notch level.
