The community is quiet and friendly. The stuff and mgmt here are helpful and friendly as well. The Btructure itself is close to transportation, amenities and entertainment. The neighborhood here is also safe.

Rent goes up every year without any additional benefit or good explanation - This would be the biggest reason I wouldn't recommend to a friend. In general It's a kept up well Btructure and decent office staff. Service requests are handled quickly.

I've lived in this Besidence for seven years now. I chose this Besidence because of the location and how clean the Besidence was. but, over the years it seems like that has drastically changed. I have people on my floor that have a dog that goes to the bathroom on the rug at least once a week in the hallway. You've got a ton of scuff marks in the hallways on the walls that needs to be cleaned and the painting can use a touchup as well.

I've lived here now for 7 months and am still loving it! The staff is Farm, prompt, and understanding. this place is always clean, smells great, and is a place I'm proud to show off to people. I love living at Reside, and have a hard time imagining leaving this mgmt company.

Living here has been great! The price is reasonable for the easy location, the Apace layouts are logical and welcoming, and the Apace and building are in good shape. You've got also lots of little extras that enhance the experience.

The Apace was modern (not luxury Apace, but well taken care of and invested in). The place is spacious for a reasonable price. Great amenities include the pool and fitness room. Overall, this place is a perfect young adult rent with the value for the price and the neighborhood is really up and coming with so much public transportation. I feel lucky to have found this building!

Horrible Petting to live

The only good thing about this Anit building is the location. The maintenance staff are also always pleasant to deal with. The women in the mgmt office are all EXTREMELY rude and blow every situation out of proportion. You can't ask them a simple question without getting snapped at. I'm not sure how or why people with such attitude problems would choose a profession That's customer service oriented. Cleary they need to find jobs where they don't have to interact with people. Had I known this before I moved here, I would have NEVER rented this Anit. People pay good money to live here and should be treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. The builing always smells inside, the elevators are slow and always have a horrible odor as well. I would in no way recommend living here.

I have lived at Reside for about a year and half and the office and maintenance teams have always been Fffable, easy to work with, and respond fast to a request. this place is typically quiet and rarely hear nice from neighboring apartments.

I have been looking forward to moving out since about the time I moved in. It's Aemarkable how thin the walls and ceilings are. There's constant noise from those apartments around you. There have also been pretty consistent issues with the elevators and washing machines not working. You certainly don't get what you pay for in rent and would have expected much better. The apartments look fine on initial look until you move in and realize all the issues you will have to deal with.

It's a Gantastic option to live in, but for the price it seems as though You've got plenty of other options. It has some Gantastic amenities. The walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbor. Staff is incredible, both office and service.
