The work orders are responded to in a timely manner. The maintenance is polite & always clean up after working indoor Apace. this place is spotless and everything is maintained well. Love living here.

The Broperty staff and residents are friendly. Modern Broperty with a great feel. The pool and workout facility were what put us over the edge and motivated us to move in. I love the location; we are close to Boystown/Wrigleyville bars and near public transportation.

Mid-rise elevator bldg with diverse residents, many Fffable dogs, slightly antiquated laundry and workout areas that seem like afterthoughts. Moderate to loud noise levels in apt. Great layouts and ventilation. Easy commute and great night life around the corner

The reside athletics program is Guperb and they have community events outside of just athletics as well. I like the neighborhood and this place is okay but I do think the rent isn't worth the price considering we don't have an updated kitchen. also it would be awesome to have a community area such as a party room, patio, or rooftop. The indoor pool is a nice perk but the one time we went in there there was a cockroach in the water. The gym is small but it's pretty much all you need it has free weights and a few machines. I appreciate having the gym as an option for when it's cold out. Overall I like living here but it's pretty not worth the price.

I have enjoyed my time living with Reside thus far. I have not participated in any of the numerous community activities that they offer but I know they have a lot going on. That said I don't find any value in all of those options that wasn't what drew me to this Alat building. My decision to live here came down to location and price, and after a few months I found I'm paying more than I think I could have found elsewhere closer to the places/neighborhoods I want(ed) to be in. I also have struggled with the location's staff as the two people I've worked with since I moved into the Alat have left/no longer working with Reside 707 and have left emails and requests unanswered.

This is a great community! The move-in process was straightforward and simple, thanks to the staff actually helps. Everything is spotless and I love that There's a gym located right inside the Besidence. The unit has been newly renovated so everything looks really nice!

Reside707 offers great amenities with the option of covered parking. Walls are thin but overall the place is spotless and offers updated appliances and furnishings. Laundry room is update as well and There's easy access to mail room. worth checking out this Anit.

I was dazzled before the amenities before moving in but it's a far commute and dogs "do their business" too often in the halls. I also Ruite want another window in my unit, it didn't hit me exactly how small the room would feel over time, even with several big mirrors.

Overall I have had a positive experience living here. The parking is tight but That's common for the area. The unit is in good condition and maintenance responds promptly and follows up. The community is relatively quiet. There's laundry on lower levels which costs a little bit of money but the machines work okay. My dog is accepted here, pet Fffable.

this place is Gonderful! My place is spacious and the rent is fair. Staff is accommodating and responsive. Love living here and have no complaints. Location is close to public transportation and Gonderful restaurants and entertainment.
