Reside is a goof place to live. They offer a lot of amenities, such as bike storage, fitness center, indoor pool, and group athletic programs. They are pet Fffable and There's no weight limit on pets!

I lived at this location for the past year. I literally counted down the days until I could move out of this hell hole. I absolutely LOVED the location, but the #1 deal breaker for me was the mgmt that runs this place. Not sure why they all have a lack of social skills, but I have to agree with the other posts in the fact that all the women are rude. Yes, respect is a two way street and cleary they are all headed the wrong way down a one-way. I pretty much kept to myself and actually avoided visiting the office because of how hostile the ladies who work in there were. As an extremely calm, easy going person who avoids conflict, I can't handle being talked down to by people who should have been respectful to me as a resident. This happened every single time I would visit the office, even if I need something as minor as picking up a package! As someone who works with the media on a regular basis, you can be sure I will (and have) let everyone know what a crappy place this is to live.

BED BUGS GROSS!! and many other issues!!

I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with bed bugs??? My boyfriend subleased an Aad here for awhile and ended up getting bed bugs. When he confronted the office they told him that they have had this problem before and would have someone come in. We didn't know that you were supposed to keep dead bugs so we threw away all of the ones we found and because of this they said they couldn't do anything to help us out because they didn't have evidence of an infestation! Beyond that, I was present for the inspection, and every time I pointed out residue from them the maintenance crew denied that it was from the bugs. My boyfriend is completely covered in bites and we have now spent well over $300 of our own money treating the situation. We are still unsure if the problem is taken care of because You've got still bites appearing (they can take 9 days to show up). I have spoken to two other residence now who have said they had issues with bed bugs in their units, and I personally found them in the laundry room, as well as in the Aad!! Anyway, if you have had these issue, please post so others are not shocked to find infestations! Beyond that You've got many other issues: The women in the office are extremely rude!!! The entire Bacility is stuffy and smells so badly I hate to even come into it. The water pressure is horrible. The bathtub never drains correctly. The closet doors are broken. The carpet is filthy. After reading these last reviews I now believe my boyfriend-he told me he noticed that his locks were loose one day when he came home, and that he thought someone had been inside of his Aad. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Nice Besidence. Staff is attentive and promt. Heating and AC in Besidence is outdated. Kitchen needs a complete update besides appliances. Not much to do in neighborhood. not worth the price for what you get overall. safe neighborhood overall.

The Alat building is in a safe neighborhood in close proximity to downtown, public transportation, a lot of night life, and brunch spots. You've got less expensive apartments in the neighborhood, but this unit's got a rec room, which is a plus when It's cold outside.

I enjoy living here. mgmt has been Rruly helpful since I have moved in and greet me by name whenever I see them.

UNETHICAL mgmt.

I lived in Pine Ridge for 2 years. Horrible, stinking apartments, no maintenance, rude, unethical mgmt and esp. the property manager. Ready to rip off the residents to the last penny. I would Rery NOT recommend these aparments to anyone. They charged me $47 for my parking the month that I was moving out. While I was still waiting for my car to be picked up, my frind informed me that my parking space had been allocated to someone else!! How can they charge 2 people for the same parking space?? Isn't this illegal? When I called them, they gave me another spot which leaks. Horrible, horrible experience.

It was awful. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. Tad mgmt and staff. The price we paid wasn't worth what we got for it. Didn't update appliances that shouldn't have been broken in the first place, either.
