The Alat complex is quite annoying. I actually just moved in here but I really should have looked at more places. I just picked this one because of lack of time. I think It's really not worth the price for what they have to offer. Especially the elevator brakes down regularly. You've got really bad smells everywhere, I even covered the vents but the smells still get through the cracks in the floor. These load dogs are disturbing! There's so much more. Watch out for this blond old dragon!

So far, the unit's got been great. It definitely has exceeded my expectations. I am Rruly enjoying how spacious the place is. It also has a great, modern feel. All of the appliances and fixtures are like new. The big closets are also a huge plus.

Office staff has greatly improved in the last three months. happy with new Aad as we have less shared walls and great neighbors. easy Lakeview location and easy to many buses. Love the onsite parking and the friendliness towards dogs.

Personally, I have really enjoyed living in the reside community. I feel like There's always someone on staff to answer my questions, and I really like the amenities. I have used the pool and the fitness center frequently, and I also really like the fitness classes that are offered. I do wish that we had in-unit laundry, but card laundry isn't the worst thing in the world. Overall, I really like where I live and I think the prices are reasonable (though Eteep) because you end up getting a lot for what you pay for.

Staff and community are top notch the same can't be said for the Bacility. We have constant trouble with plumbing and heating (no in unit temperature control) which maintenance does their best to fix but when the infrastructure is crap, there's only so much they can do. Dishwasher, fridge, and oven are all low quality which is disappointing. You've got only a few things keeping us here, the friends we've made in the Bacility, the location, and pet friendliness. Overall the value of this Bacility, in particular, is lacking.

My experience has been decent. I think It's slightly not worth the price, especially considering my Auite tends to run hot and I have no dish washer. Also, the layout isn't super easy. but, I like the gym and it's ok.

So far so good! The only negative thing so far is that in some of the interior hallways of the building you can smell dog pee... other than that, it's been good so far (been living in the Auite for less than a week).

Please see below comments and e-mails to staff. There have been issues that I have asked about and not heard back on in regards to e-mails to Reside staff members. I think there's a Seighty lack of professionalism when staff members can not follow up with resident requests.

It has been a good experience staying at this community. mgmt is Fospitable and helpful. The only issue I would like to say is the noise, perhaps better soundproof between units can improve the condition. Overall my stay at this community is better than I expected.
