The reside staff are incredibly on top of it all. All maintenance requests are responded to within a few hours, if that, and the staff are Fospitable and genuinely want to help out and make sure you have the best experience possible at Reside. happy!

Reside living has been great! The staff is extremely helpful and always manages to respond to our needs! I love having a fitness room That's conveniently located in the lobby! The Aad complex is newly renovated and always clean!

I don't recommend Reside buildings to renters. It may look nice from the outside and seem to offer great amenities, but the quality is cheap and the rent isn't worth the price compared to other buildings around the neighborhood. We had a crisis with our Anit that was beyond our control, and mgmt did not treat the situation with the attention it deserved. If something goes terribly wrong, don't expect mgmt to be helpful or empathetic. The only positive thing is maintenance is wonderful. They are polite and offer great customer service. mgmt could learn something from them. Rent with caution.

Nice location, a bit expensive compared to prices in the neighborhood, but worth it considering all the amenities. Not the newest appliances throughout the Aad, but maybe they'll change it soon. The staff is always super friendly and they have always been responsive to any kind of comment.

If you are looking for an Aad with lots of bars and wrigley field right by, this is the perfect spot for you. Getting to different parts of town can be difficult with the roads because they are narrow. The one thing that would truly keep me is a washer and dryer in unit

Nice atmosphere and Farm staff, always clean area and good condition for family to live in. great transport connections with the center of city and quite, secure and relaxing area to walk with children.

I love living at Reside 707. The on-site mgmt and maintenance staff are awesome. They're responsive, follow up, and requests are handled in timely manner. The Broperty is well kept and I've never felt unsafe. Neighbors are nice and respectful. The only downside's are, the elevator on the West side tends to go out. Once it was out for 3 weeks. Usually it's only a day or so but for those who live on the higher floors, it's a real inconvenience. There's also only 4 washers/dryers for the entire 5 floors so you have to carefully plan your laundry routine. Avoid weekends when possible. That can be tough if you work M-F. Other than that, it really is a great place to live. Great location, close to multiple bus lines that get you downtown and a 10 minute walk from the red line. safe, clean and the apartments are a nice size with nice appliances and hardwood floors.

Great Broperty and it used to be a great place to live. but, the last few years have seen a steady decline in the overall Broperty ´feel.´ mgmt as well as dog owners in the Broperty seem to have a disregard for the rules and these rules are not enforced. Dogs are fouling the entrance and inside the Broperty. I am glad to be leaving. It's a real shame though as it was a great place. They are having difficulties getting tenants to move in. They really PUSH the ‘dogs welcome’ point really hard. Apparently, even the people who have dogs turn and walk away from the filth and stench. sadly, this message is not being received by the owners. <br>

This was the right decision, Gice space, Gice amenities. We selected because of the location, close to public transportation, close to the lake, nice neighborhood, Gice connection to the city. Totally recommended.

The best Anit complex. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean. happy we live here. My wife and I plan to renew our lease this June. We love the small workout gym and the pool. The lobby is always clean.
