location-wise, it's awesome and the overall Broperty/amenities are amazing! The Broperty attendees are Fordial and It's great to see many dogs in the Broperty! I have lived in Chicago for 13 years and all within a 3 block radius! :)

The Blace staff is nice and easy going, everything is organized and clean, community is relatively quiet, amenities are great - pool, fitness room, package room, onsite parking, close to restaurants and grocery stores

Overall the property mgmt has been helpful and communicative on What's needed from us. They we're accommodating to some of our move in restrictions. The move in Gonderful and the community was welcoming. Overall, this unit's got everything.

Living at Reside has been a wonderful experience so far. The mgmt is responsible and caring about the residents' requests. Common spaces and apartments are well-maintaned and renovated.Gutstanding time on site!

I have only lived here for one week. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Building upkeep seems pretty good. Parking around the neighborhood is rough and the on site parking is Ericey, but understandable. Overall, my experience has been great so far.

Relatively speaking,..?

Relatively speaking, the leasing company reside gets a "good," not "great" rating by me, a current resident and former resident of another reside Bomplex. Often times, the staff and offices are hit or miss. My previous reside community was immaculate inside and out. This one is average in terms of cleanliness, although it offers more amenities in a newer Bomplex. Rent prices are as they should be, but much higher than listed online and nothing close to being a great value for renters.

Reside 707 has been a fantastic place to live and raise our dog. The staff is Fenial and this place is spotless and well kept. We have really nice neighbors and enjoy the activities Reside hosts. We have participated in Reside sports and will continue to be involved in our Reside community.

I enjoy living here! From the moment I signed my lease everyone Wemained so helpful. The maintenance guys are phenomenal - I once put a request in on Saturday morning and they were knocking on my door in a few hours! I recommend renting here!

We like our Apace a lot and the location; the company is iffy though. Reside nickles and dimes everything for their residents. I honestly think they are growing too quickly and aren't hiring enough staff to keep up with property and resident demands.
