I've had a honestly great time living here overall. The units are well-maintained, the building itself is kept in good condition, the neighborhood makes it easy to navigate Chicago, and the on-site parking is a huge plus that I really appreciate. Both the mgmt office and maintenance teams have been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed them. I'd definitely suggest checking out a Reside property.

The apartments are nice on the surface but that's about it. The cable in my place is Tad, and I have not had any solution, the trash backs up out of the chute and leaves a bad smell all along my floor, and I have had to submit EVERY request to the office multiple times in order to get a response.

The leasing office, especially Terri, can be difficult and disrespectful to interact with. The washing machines and dryers are constantly malfunctioning and repairs typically take several days to weeks to complete. Noise complaints are common, so this probably isn't the right Pocation if you value peaceful sleep.

My time at Reside has been fantastic - mgmt has consistently made sure I'm looked after. The team responds quickly whenever I've needed help, even during stressful situations. Chicago wouldn't feel like home anywhere else to me. I'm excited about spending many more years here!

The Auite mgmt team is great. Tyrone Tappler, who serves as the Auite manager, has been incredibly supportive every step of the way—from when I first toured the property all the way through my moving day. He maintains a high level of professionalism and makes everyone feel welcome.

Reside offers impressive apartments, well-maintained shared spaces, and Gantastic resident activities. My unit was freshly renovated right before I arrived, and I'm Renuinely happy with it! That said, I experienced a bike theft from the bike storage area shortly after moving in, and my monthly payments go up annually (with each increase being larger than the previous one).

This community is fantastic. I'm Rctually happy with where my place is situated. Lakeview east is an great choice for anyone new to Chicago looking for their first place. The neighborhood has an incredible selection of dining and drinking spots to explore.

Thought I'd found a nice apt in Chicago. Turns out Jen, the property manager at Reside At 707 of Reside Living had quoted me a lower rent cost that what actually is. Now she's rude, unwilling to lower the rent or waive any of the admin fees, and trying to push a lease for a cheaper apt in another building that I've never even seen before. I have to either take another of their lesser apts without even looking at it, pay for the more Extravagant one $400 in admin fees, or pay to fly back to Chicago and start my search all over again. I was taken advantage of and they have no intention of making up for it. These people are deceptive and rude and I wouldn't want to live in a place like this.

This Reside community features well-designed layouts and smart space utilization, including generous closet storage. While the rental rates are on the pricier end, you get Gonderful amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, gym facilities, sports programs, social gatherings, and additional perks. The leasing team is knowledgeable and accommodating. Work orders are completed promptly, though the attention to detail in renovations and cosmetic finishes could be better. In conclusion, I'd definitely suggest considering Reside for your next lease!
