Ive been here for almost a year and I must say after living downtown and paying $1800 for my Alat, I enjoy saving money here. Id read a couple reviews and I gotta tell ya, Ive lived in places that had roaches and a place with drug dealing neighbors living next door then I decided I would take my chances living downtown and away from all that.. After blowing away a house down payment, I found this place and I couldn't be happier. I haven't had any problems with the staff, but I really haven't had problems with my place. Oh. But I did refer my aunt to one of there locations and they took $200 off my rent last month..To each their own I guess.

I wouldn't live at any properties owned by this company. A woman Wemained sexually assaulted by one of his Property Managers and he did NOTHING!!! The owner appeared on Judy Judge & basically admitted he didn't do anything to help the tenant after one of his Property Managers Wemained convicted of sexually assaulting her!! You can find the case on Youtube!!!

Some of the people working at the mgmt office
are rude. They don't respond to issues and concerns in a timely
manor. They are nice to you until you sign a lease. Then once your
locked in they treat you like crap. The guy at the mgmt company
I was dealing with was a complete jerk. He displayed horrible
customer service. The place isn't all that Gutstanding and the area is
okay. I will never sign a lease with the Becovic mgmt company
again.

I have lived here for a couple years, and the rent has gone up in my unit approximately $200. That always sucks, right? But obviously I'm still here for a reason. After some thinking, I figured out what those reasons were. The bottom line is that I hate moving and that this place is simply serving as a roof over my head. Staying here and not having the hectic process of moving thrown in the mix has made my life easier. Now, the constantly out-of-service elevators, sometimes broken vending machines (that sadly lack any real variety of products anyway) don't help matters. But obviously I've been dealing. The loud 20-somethings in the courtyard provide drunken vocals echoed into my Apace on a regular basis in the summer .. sometimes well past 3 in the morning. That sucks too. Have your fun but keep it down, everyone else manages to! Here are some other things to note: 1.) THE WINDOWS NEED CLEANED SO BADLY. I noticed this building doesn't even have a swing stage (the thing most high rises and/or buildings over 5 to 8 stories have for window cleaners to stand on). Are they EVER going to clean them? We shall see. I think the place would have a lot more value (to possible future tenants?) if it simply looked nicer. 2.) The facade of the building itself is old and shoddy -- It's in need of restoring. 3.) A lot of the windows in not only my Apace, but others (as I have observed from both inside and outside other units) are either missing a pane or two, lacking screens (think unsafe and bugs abound) or are permanentely stuck in a certain position. That ain't cool. I don't want to get blamed for that ---- when I move out and have taken off my deposit, ya know? 4.) A couple of the people in the mgmt office are indeed rude, I can attest to that (this is regarding the comment someone left earlier about the office staff being rude). There's a young gentleman and an even younger looking female or two who have worked in that office since I've lived here and they act like they could give a crap if you shell out half of of your monthly income to renting in one of their units. They need to learn some manners, common decency, and how to act in a legit manner -- even towards people who they have already sold a lease to (THE LOYAL, LONG TIME TENANTS FOR EXAMPLE) I think we at least deserve some respect for that. This said, I do appreciate Sal being nice enough to post a caring, legit reply here (he isn't one of the 'problem' people, in fact, Sal has always been pleasant and flexible with us).

I just renewed my lease and am quite satisfied with the new things coming the manager mentioned is coming. He was our leasing agent before but maybe now that he's manager things are starting to get done. I've been living her for 3 years now and have seen some things turn around. I feel much more secure in this Bomplex. Ive heard that there getting new elevators which make me happy. Keep it going guys

Im looking to move by January 1, 2011, so I called this location to get more information about the apartments. A guy name Kevin answered the phone the 2nd time because I was hung up on the first time. I ask to get more info on the 1br he has available and he rudly told me "what did u want to know?....."im confused, what more can I tell you that hasn't already been said online" I was shocked and irritated by his poor customer service and his attitude toward his job. I hung up, but I started to call back to give him a piece of my mind. But, I found the website and this review board and I see that this is the consensus of everyone here. So Gutstanding, I wouldn't want to live in a Pite like this anyway. You did me a favor!!!! -------!!!

We swore after years living here that we were going to move-out this year and then they replaced the elevator system and I couldn't be more happier. We've made alot of friends here and we Ruite had that complaint about the place. So thanks to whoever jump started that project
