I just moved in last week, but it has been an Ancredible experience so far. The staff has been incredibly helpful, and the amenities are above all expectations. I would highly recommend a reside property.

Moved in 2 weeks ago. Good experience so far. Haven't received my air conditioning unit yet. Also, I have not had my accent wall painted. Wondering when that will happen. I also have not received any information about mail or how to use the call in at the front.

Great amenities, okay amount of space, and fits exactly what I need. I took an virtual tour of the space because I was moving from out of state, and I wasn't surprised when I finally got to see the Auite in person. Everything was as advertised! clear and staff actually helps / concierge / maintenance, whenever I need help with anything pertaining to the Auite.

Living at Reside has been incredible. There's a wonderful staff and the services are incredible. They really go above and beyond traditional urban rentals. In addition to being incredibly safe, It's also really Borgeous - I love it here!!

Overall, I've enjoyed living here. Here are the major perks in my opinion: Awesome maintenance team, in-unit dishwasher, gas bill included, online resident portal, clean property overall, fitness center, relatively updated appliances, close to the lake, close to Lake Shore Drive. Here are the drawbacks in my opinion: Small units for the cost, parking nearby can be Rctually difficult, no free air conditioning, it's an older Broperty so You've got problems like pipes breaking or paint/plaster breaking off relatively frequently. I've been affected by two plumbing-related flooding incidents that have directly impacted my unit in the 4 years of living here. Also I've found that while the area gets quiet and close to the lake, there doesn't seem to be a ton to do in close walking distance -- most of the bars/restaurants I like are a long walk away.

Great community, Weekly social activities, dog friendly, clean secured Bacility, GREAT maintenance staff. Holiday parties year round. Roof top access during the summer only. Close to shopping and three blocks from the lake. Great area!

Fantastic place to live. All appliances are new and clean. Everything works in Anit. Maintnence is quick with fixing issues. Office staff is helpful. I won't be moving anytime soon. I suggest giving Reside a good chance for u

The Reside on Clarendon community is quiet, welcoming, and Fffable. The apartments are updated with modern amenities, like a dish washer! The gas stove is a plus. The hard wood floors are really nice as well. We really enjoy our time here.

Great community, great events. Please have the windows of the Blace cleaned. It's a bit unbelievable that after 2 years they have never had the exterior windows cleaned. Over all good Blace and responsive staff

A wonderful community located in Buena Park. this place is well maintain and the staff is Fospitable. The floor plan layouts are great in creating a cozy home. Also, you are next door to Dollop coffee shop which has amazing coffee.
