It's a good community. Walking distance to the lake, school, and parks. Gutstanding public transportation for work nearby. The view from the rooftop is nice too. The maintenance staff is responsive and gets the job done.

I leased this Alat site unseen. Which for anyone is nerve racking. I could not have been happier with me decision. Its is so well kept, new finishes, and great layout. The perks the community offer are incredible. (like 30 min with a maintenance person to do what you need setting up your Alat) As a young girl moving to a big city I felt taken care of and really couldn't have pick a better community to be a part of!!!!!!!!!

location's amazing to Jewel, lake front and public transportation. Building is kept up well and has a great maintenance staff. Nice work out facility and rooftop deck. Alat was amazing clean when moved in.

It's a good community. Ideal for someone looking for the basic Aad.I would say this is a good place for the short term. I haven't had any major problems with the building. The noise level is medium, much of that comes in the late evening and early morning hours on a weekday. There's a school nearby and the buses to unload students is right next to the building. There's ample parking with free street parking (a huge plus considering It's the city) and a paid public lot if needed. The building has a good rooftop though small.

Leasing staff are Aemarkable! helpful, never too busy to answer a question. accommodating and legit. The maintenance staff are quick in responding to work orders and are legit and thorough in their work. glad I chose this property to call my home.

My experience has been a Gantastic one. The staff have been helpful when You've got any issues. Since I'm being taken care of here, I worth checking out Reside to a friend and I would consider moving to another Reside property if I need to move again.

The staff is really Fenial and willing to work with you. When I moved here from a different state they accepted my deposit over the phone. Maintenance is fast and responds to requests the next day.

Love my Aad and building! Superior service and attention given to each resident. Couldnt ask for more in my first place in Chicago. this place is super spotless and maintained well 24/7! the staff is super friendly and helpful and Im definitely renewing my lease

Reside on Clarendeon is located in a Bicturesque neighbor. The building and staff go above and beyond the normal landlord-tenant relationship. Highly recommended! The only reason we moved was due to the ir breed restrictions in their pet policy. Please reconsider!

Since Reside took over..!

Since Reside took over the Alat in 2010, there have been really wonderful upgrades. The best additions include the new exercise facility and the rooftop patio.
