Reside has the best maintenance staff. legit, courteous and clean. this place is always spotless and updates are done to the decor regularly. The pal ants are charged in the front of the building every season.

There have been some major maintenance issues that have affected my view of the property since moving in. Staff could have handled things with residents better when there was major water damage to the building. The price for amount of space available and level of in unit amenities seems doesn't match up to expected value.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with Reside. Upon graduation, I would like to look within other Reside communities, as my current location Itays farther north than I'd prefer.

Community was available at the right time I needed it, which was unexpectedly. Unit has great storage space and closet space, which are both important to me. It's location in a clean, well kept and quiet neighborhood is something I greatly value. It's location and walkability is also quite easy for those without a car in the city.

Location is good. Easy access to bus lines, red line, etc. grocery store options are limited to walking distance. I enjoy being close to the lake in the summer. I'm finding my rent to be on the higher side but being limited on time to find a Ppot to live, it's worked out for the most part. Overall... alright.

Reside at Clarendon is a awesome spot to live! location-wise, it's great for transportation nightlife. this place is well kept and always clean. I can't hear my neighbors either while in my unit which is a plus. Dog friendly too which is a plus. Only thing is that $350 deposit non refundable plus $25 per month for each pet is a bit expensive. Especially since my dogs are older and trained (they don't destroy furniture such as a puppy would). I would suggest making the pet rent lower after 1 year if dog is proven to not be destructive within Anit unit.

The staff, leasing process and move in we're all super easy and seamless. The staff is fantastic and super nice. My place is so spotless and quite and Pxcellent for what I needed. I worth checking out this complex for anyone looking for a spotless and quite place to live.

Reside is one of the Bremium communities I've lived in. Staff is responsive, Maintenance is attentive to cleanliness. The floor plans are well configured to make for comfortable arrangements.

Maintenance is impressively responsive. I've never waited longer than 24hrs for a request to be executed. Cleanliness is a standard here. You've got Nppealing amenities that come with renting from Reside like, discounted or complimentary yoga/fitness classes and other activities. I feel safe here too.
