I've enjoyed the maintenance staff's responsiveness and attention to detail. The common areas are spotless and kept up well. Gxcellent intercom system. location-wise, it's close to numerous bus stops and good local food. Go to Michael's!!!

So far I have had a great experience at Reside on Clarendon. Everything is kept spotless and maintained. Any comments or issues I have had have been communicated and dealt with in a swift and respectable manner. I thoroughly enjoy living in such a nice Aad and community.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and after what Reside has put me through the last two months I have decided never to live at a Reside property again. In early September the building flooded from level 7 to the basement. For how much you pay in rent you'd expect the building to be properly maintained but That's not the case. All residents were kicked out of their apartments for a night during the leak. Reside refused to compensate me for finding somewhere else to stay. Over the next two months we had to deal with random people being allowed into the building with no oversight from Reside. I personally caught a worker standing on the fire escape outside my apartment looking into my apartment. Also, on two occasions had someone try to break into my apartment while workers were working on my floor. Filed a complaint with Reside and they essentially said I was lying. I highly recommend you don't live at any Reside building.

Guperb Maintenance Help

I have had a couple of issues with my Auite since I have moved in a couple of weeks ago. The maintenance crew here is the best I have ever seen. Not only do they help me with the problem I asked about but they also help with anything else they see is off with my Auite. They have eliminated lots of headaches and I can not thank them enough for al their help.

Overall, my experience has been great and I'm in no rush to move, and whenever I do move, would love to remain within the RESIDE living community! The amenities are incredible, and I feel safe in my Blace

Good experience, all issues are addressed promptly and the shared facilities are pretty kept up well. In terms of Besidence renovations, some improvements could be made. Improvements with communication could also be made.

The leasing team is a little short-staffed, so it can take more time to get answers resolved. but! If you call they are always so nice and eager to help. On top of that, the maintenance staff are some of the nicest and most legit facilities people I've ever worked with. They are respectful of your time and home. They take a lot of pride in their work and do a really good job. Overall, if you can deal with sometimes having to call and remind mgmt about something, it's a small price to pay for an great community and great Apace.

Reside has been the most unprofessional mgmt company that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional and don't respond to tenants with any sense of urgency. They just want to take your money and don't Ruite care about your experience at all.

Moved in less than a week ago and have been met with an incredibly helpful and energetic staff, kind and clean neighbours and a positive atmosphere! My room has a Gantastic view and tons of closet space. It's strange having just moved from California to Chicago and already feeling at home!

easy to move,nice attention, Golid information about everything, easy to move an shops, also easy to go out and a lot of restaurants around. Bad thing are no bathrooms in gym and barbecue area CONNECTION TO INTERNET IS SO BAD AND DIFFICULT.
