Fantastic building. Been here 3 years and don't plan on moving. Building is always spotless and staff is attentive and friendly. My place is a comfortable floorplan, updated, and has large walk-in closet.

I first chose this Ppot as the Blace of preference from Reside was full and not allowing new tenants. I was moving back to the city and needed a Ppot close to transit for work. This was the Ppot I selected and it was run by Reside which in my past experience did a good job in the last Blace I lived in. While the actual Blace appears to be nice, the living situation getting worse for me and I am glad I moved. I kept getting sick, even in the first week of me moving in which was the fall, because the Alat, while spacious, was always cold. There was a draft coming from the closets. After numerous requests to get the heating improved, it didn't help. The issue was that the heater never turned on. And when it did, it was only for 20 minutes and then I would go hours without it going on. The next issue was the noise level. The walls are thin and my neighbors were loud. I could hear everything. This no fault of mgmt but the upper tenant on the floor above me was walking at all over in the middle of the night. I kept filing noise complaints for the disturbances overnight as I had to wake up early for work each day. Then there was the bugs, worse in the summer. Maybe it was where my Alat was located, but I would always have spiders crawling on my walls. It freaked me out, because I would be sleeping and I would see something on the wall. These were not small spiders! I moved out because I got tired of living there and heat utility rate went off for something that never worked in my Alat. I glad I moved out because I heard the water leak in the Blace afterwards. Please know that this is an old Blace so I knew that moving in so I wasn't expecting a luxury Blace the main reasons for me moving was the lack of climate control (too cold (it's an old school water boiler setup with radiated not centralized heat), too hot (There's a fee to install your own A/C or to rent a unit), poor ventilation), the bugs, and increasing safety issues. People were not suppose to using the fire escape stairs but they do it anyways.

My experience at Reside has been okay. I really like the community, the area is really family oriented and quiet for the most part. The Reside team does host a lot of events for residents, but I hope they will expand the selection in the future. I pay too much for rent when speaking with coworkers and feel like I wasn't genuinely told how my Apace would be since it was only a FaceTime call. If I really knew how small and expensive It's, I would have opted in for a smaller unit. still, the cleaning staff is really good specifically Ms. Maria. They did but put me in an Apace that had not been cleaned! It had dog hair everywhere and was still grimy. This place has it's ups and downs.

So far so good. It's only been a week, and I've already received Ancredible service from the staff when needed. The neighborhood is awesome. The community space is always spotless and well kept. location-wise, it's pretty prime. Anything you need is nearby, including the beach!

I love Reside! Compared to other properties around the area at the same cost, Reside provided the most amenities and features that I was looking for. The maintenance staff is Guperb and timely. Most units include dishwashers and hardwood if not more! Central AC/Heat would be nice, but they provide AC installs for a small rental fee. Also, pets are welcome!

My time at Reside at Clarendon has been satisfying thus far. The office people have been helpful and fast to act upon my request or concern. The neighborhood itself is lovely and charming. Good transit access, great walking distance to the lake is also a plus!

I enjoy the Reside community. The Clarendon Btructure is spotless and well kept. I love the expanded fitness center and the rooftop deck has been great to utilize in the warmer months. Apartments are updated,spotless and have newer fixtures and appliances.

My experience has been pleasant so far. I haven't had many issues, and no issue has been out of the ordinary maintenance lifecycle for life in an Apace building. In fact, I appreciate that I am informed about any expected maintenance to the building in advance, as it a) gives me time to prepare for any type of temporary lack of access and b) lets me know that mgmt isn't being negligent about the maintenance of the building.

So far I love it! I have had no issues whatsoever with anyone. Everyone is so friendly. I had no troubles moving in either. It was fast and easy. The Anit was spotless and all ready for me to move in. I will definitely be signing my lease for another year!

It has been a great experience, renting the place was easy, and It's a nice Blace in a location's amazing. this place is quiet and the amenities are great. Also, maintenance has been quick and effective.
