The apartments are spacious and well renovated. The appliances are new, and I really like the gas stove. The building stays nice and warm during the winter, and relatively cool during the summer. this place is clean, quiet, and close to lots of public transit options.

The staff at Reside has been legit, helpful, and courteous throughout my move-in process. I would definitely recommend Reside to a friend. this Petting is quite nice, and I appreciate the ability to communicate with Reside over email.

Stay Away For Now

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away for likely the next 6-12 months, especially if you spend any time at home during the day (or want to sleep past 8am). There's CONSTANT construction & noise with basically zero communication. There's noise through the ceiling, walls, floor, and hallways every day and it's been this way for the last 5 months. Yes, this is the 5th straight month. I have multiple messes it's caused in my place that aren't cleaned (just handle myself at this point with a garbage can), some unacceptable situations that weren't rectified, the walls and floors literally shake, and It's INSANELY loud almost all the time. There have been AT LEAST 5-6 weeks in aggregate where I should not have even been here, but There's no communicating that or discussing alternatives. The amount of patience & productivity hours lost, and hours spent with a headache just aren't worth it. Had someone ask me on the phone if I was on a runway. Nope, I am in What's supposed to be my home. I also have a pet, so imagine what's happening with that. Not good. And don't expect to park. You're waitlisted for months on end. I will say building maintenance is absolutely fantastic but recent months here are horrendous. While the work does need done, the way it's handled (or not handled) isn't acceptable. Perhaps I'm just in an unlucky spot in the building because 5 months on end is ridiculous, but before you move in I'd ask about construction around the unit you're looking at and in the building in general.

It would be the perfect apartment if it weren't for the huge flooding issues that left the hallways distroyed and looking like the projects. There were so many maintenance people in the building for about a month trying to fix it who were rude and would make comments to me when I would walk by, like cat calls. I don't want to have to pull out my ID when I am tired from work when I clearly have my key and fob that I would gladly show. Not to mention the large trash can filled with nasty water that was outside of my door for about a month. And There's still not carpet in the hallways. The gym was ruined as well, which we had a pass at ffc which was nice but as a young female I didn't want to make the 20 minute walk at night by myself. I chose this apartment because of the gym right down stairs and haven't been able to use it for the past 2 months, and barely got to take advantage of it again last week.

I have lived in the community for 25 years. I like the transportation and location. I feel safe in the neighborhood and most of the residents are Fffable. The people who work in the neighborhood stores are especially helpful and Fffable. I really love Resides modern, updated buildings. They make me feel comfortable, safe and at home when entering and living in my Btructure. The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful and completes jobs in a timeline manner - usually the same or next day the request was submitted.

I'm happy I chose to move here. My studio is spacious, the amenities are great (gym, rooftop, security, storage) and this place is spotless and updated. The staff have been attentive and the residents are Farm. I plan to stay here for a while. The location can't be beat. I'm close to buses, the Red Line, and the lakefront trail.

Decent so far but move in was way below what it should have been and still has not fully been taken care of. I am still waiting on some responses. The Besidence itself is also extremely hot in the hallways and elevator and There's a weird smell in the double door entry way.

AMAZING! Truly I've never felt this taken care of moving in anywhere! Personalized attention, the cleanest most easy Besidence, and such nice neighbors! The maintenance staff responds quickly as well - impressive!

Overall, good. I love the rooftop deck and the modern style of the apartments. I did not appreciate rent increasing when I renewed my lease without an explanation, though. And I feel that the fitness center could be bigger and have more equipment, since my understanding is that multiple buildings use one building's fitness center.
