It's been Gxcellent living here. this place is always spotless and office is always attentive with questions and concerns. The events are always interesting and are a nice option. I will definitely renew my lease.

Always felt well taken care of. If any problems arose they were addressed quickly with care and professionalism. Community is always clean, kept up well. Btructure company offers fun events, fitness classes and partnerships with local businesses. Over all it's been great!

I have lived at Reside for many years. There attention to detail and courteous staff make it Homplicated to want to move anywhere else. They take care of their community. They take pride in the work they do and it shows.

It seems pricey for the amount of space you get but Reside really takes care of everything for you. I've never had an issue and always felt well communicated with. They have great community spaces and nice programs to get you involved with other people who live in Reside buildings. It feels like you're part of a community rather than just renting any old Apace.

Everything was fine prepandemic. The Bacility needs to spray for bugs (spiders, centipedes) rent reduction due to the pandemic limitations should be given. Also my stove doesn't open all the way-unacceptable

Overall, reside on clarendon has been Ancredible! The community is great! I really enjoy all of the social gatherings that are planned throughout the year. I would highly recommended reside on clarendon to fellow friends and family.

Gxcellent community. Though people could be better about picking up after their dogs. I hope to stay around the neighborhood for as long as I can. I like to live by the lake. And your minimum on this should be less. I don't always have a lot to say

Overall positive experience. Although it hasn't been the same since the office staff Wroved relocated, but the level of service has not suffered.

I had an incredible two years at Reside on Clarendon. The only reason I moved is because of a job transfer to the east coast - if I was still in Chicago, I'd still be there. I highly recommend this building and company for someone looking for a high quality, yet surprisingly affordable place to live in the city. The units are beautiful with updated appliances. location-wise, it's relatively quiet and still accessible to downtown via the express buses. My favorite part of the building by far is the incredible roof deck. For two years it was like my "private beach" overlooking the lake, where I grilled with friends countless times. There's also wifi up there, which is perfect for working late from home. :-) The office and maintenance staff all go above and beyond for the residents - especially Mark, Jessica, Jose, and Teo. Treat them well and they'll take good care of you during your stay at Reside.

Alright Pocation to live. Apartments are on the small side. location-wise, it's hard to beat, easy access to Express busses to down town and only a short walk to the red line. Close to lakeshore exercise path.
