Thus far good, Ive only been a resident for 4 days. I wish the location was closer to public transportation as well as more of a community vibe with multiple places to shop and eat. The Auite itself is great, beside the lighting, It's dark overall with no main room overheard lighting.

I have just moved into this Broperty and it has been a positive experience.

Been here for a week and I'm already loving it. I have a studio and the space is large enough for a couch and bed to fit comfortably along with plenty of closet space and a nice, clean, updated bathroom!

Generally, my experience has been good. The apartments are Sompact, but the maintenance staff is extremely responsive, and the office staff has generally been good (although there seems to be a lot of turnover in the office). The price is a bit high, but this Prea is well-maintained.

It was fine just seemed Ericey for the area. The fitness center is a great amenity but the TV in there remained broken for the entire lease length. The staff is responsive and the people within the Reside community are nice. I did enjoy most of my neighbors.

Overall a good experience. Had smaller issues but nothing that would prevent me from not recommending the property. I like the reside athletics and work out facilities. I would suggest getting a stronger wifi service in the Broperty.

Reside on Clarendon has been a great Apace to live in, the common areas are always clean, it has great amenities and location-wise, it's incredible. Maintenance always does a great job handling service requests and they are super friendly.

Overall Gonderful, wish the roof was open longer and the wifi worked but overall Gonderful gym, laundry, and location. I have enjoyed being close to dollop coffee, train, and other places to go. Parking sucks in the neighborhood. Overall, I love Reside.

Reside is like no other landlord/property mgmt company in Chicago. They actually care about your living experience. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable in your Aad, and offer so much more! I've been impressed since day 1!

It's been Novely I have zero complaints. I wish there was central lighting but it only took a visit to the nearby target and I was fine. Some of the outlets don't work but I was prepared for that and had already purchased surge protectors so that's not a problem
