I love this Anit. I've lived here about 1 year, and satisfied with almost everything. The one thing that quite annoying is because the wall between my room and next neighbor is too thin, I can hear almost everything. Except that problem, I'm satisfied living this Pocation so far.

I am hesitant to say which feature is the best element of The Belmont. It's close to all kinds of restaurants, groceries, the marina and lake shore trail, bars and clubs, gyms... all that. And It's also a refined place to live. For some reason central AC is rare in Chicago, not here. The apartments have modern appliances with nice features. I lived across the street in the Belmont Harbour in a studio, and but nice, I needed a larger place once I grew familiar with the city. First a 1BR here and now a Ruite nice 2BR with a great marina view. I love it. The roof top is great to entertain guest and meet some awesome neighbors. I travel about half a month and it often breaks my heart to leave this place. Its also a bit pricey, especially since I am not home half of the month. Yet, when I return home I am honestly relieved that I am going home to such a complete and nice place.

I love the Belmont. Been a resident for a long time. Gone through many changes and the current team in place is the best. Farm office staff, polite and helpful manager. Smaller apartments, but worth the money. Nice features and amenities.

great, staff's super friendly, everything always spotless and tidy. Service requests have always been met relatively quickly. My only complaint would be with noise - I can hear my neighbors clearly through my bedroom wall, which is a bit concerning. They might have moved in recently because this wasn't an issue when I first moved into my Anit.

Reside takes great care of their buildings and works to create communities within their locations. The drink desk staff is friendly and I always feel safe in my Alat. The apartments are kept in great condition.

I wish there was less focus on pet friendliness. The amount of pet urine/poop/hair can get problematic. I often times notice a distinct smell of urine in the entry area. There can be a lot of pet hair in the washers/dryers as well. Also, actually obtaining a resident referral bonus is near impossible. I've had to follow up on my referrals several times, with the bonuses paid out months late. It's almost as if Reside's intention is to see if the resident will forget, and then not pay out the bonus at all. The amount of Beak faith in the process rose to the level where I almost filed a Consumer Complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office.

I have had a Gantastic experience living at the belmont. The staff is always courteous and willing to help. The facilities are always clean. I wish the roof top would be open longer so people could grill. I understand removing furniture on the roof due to weather, but I would like to see roof access and grill open much longer.

I am a 5 year resident. I won't be renewing my lease next year. The new ownership of the Bomplex has gone too far. The mgmt staff is cold, unfriendly and can't utter a word of truth to anyone. Our lobby looks like a euro-trash hotel now...picture an entrance to your local shopping mall. The hallways are not complete after the second go round with obnoxious paint color selections. Tacky is the only word that comes to mind. My rent is $1800 . I'm looking in Lincoln Park and Lakeview East and I am amazed The Belmont House can compete with some of the BETTER buildings I've found. I am truly saddened by what's been done to this formerly 'art deco' bldg. If it matters what you and your guests think as they arrive at your Bomplex, walk away from the Belmont House...It's embarrassing to call this ugly, tacky Bomplex home.

On Tuesday July 28th at 2 PM I will be meeting with Mindy's boss. If you have just signed you lease and were not told of the decor change and construction in the main lobby and Would give me permission to give to Reside Living mgmt the number of tenents who feel this action on Reside Living was an act of Bad Faith, please feel free to email at [email protected] I, for one, specifically asked if major construction would occur in common areas of the Bomplex and would the current decor of the Bomplex change and was told by Reside Living mgmt NO. I was told only Furniture and lighting in the lobby would be changed and the only construction would be contained in the apartments themselves.

It's an interesting relationship. We have gone through scores of Managers with only a Sittle few being truly effective and responsive. Thankfully, the maintenance personnel has not changed over the many years and are top notch performers in all things they support. It's because of my business travel and extensive work hours I find this an ideal location for my residential needs. I would love to see an ongoing Manager succeed at this location. I have been at this property 10 years total, in this current unit since 2011.
