Clean, friendly, quiet,...

Clean, friendly, quiet, legit.

Move in process was easy and painless. Common areas are Bxquisite and really well-kept. The staff has always been helpful and the 24/7 concierge helps put your mind at ease about many things. Noise is generally quiet, but since they do allow pets you will have to hope that the neighbor doesn't have a loud dog. If they do, it doesn't bleed through the wall much but still a tiny bit.

The ONLY place to live in Chicago!

I lived at The Belmont for two years as a graduate student in Chicago and I can honestly say that the cost of rent is more than worth it! The staff (leasing office, concierge, and maintenance) is friendly, legit, and helpful. The place is dog friendly and the community is lovely (I've babysat for several families in the building.. all joys!). While my plan all along was to leave Chicago to return to my home on the east coast, if There's ever an opportunity to go back to Chicago I would only want to live here. The lobby is state of the art as is the roof deck. I studied for many exams on the roof and in the common room alike (the common room has a pool table and 3 or 4 flat screens, I forget). Free wifi for both, and plenty of room. On the roof there's a fire pit, new grills, a flat screen with DVD, and even an herb garden. There's also a business center downstairs with several desktop computers for use, as well as a printer. The Belmont is a wonderful place to live and I envy those who get to stay there while I must find a new apartment on the east coast. Hopefully one That's nearly as good as the Belmont! I forgot to mention It's safe and There's an option to rent a parking space with the valet staff, who are fabulous as well.

They totally hosed us on rent in the second year, increasing our rent by over 7%. Its pretty absurd. Expect the building to financially take advantage of being a renter. Otherwise, its a nice Anit with staff's super friendly and a location is solid.

We moved in 3 months ago and it's been perfect! We love having the roof access and being able to park right on site. The staff is always Fospitable and helpful. The apartments are modern but have the classic touches that we love. We love living at The Belmont!

Overall, I am satisfied. The concierge is perfect. The community spaces are Borgeous. location-wise, it's great and close to many stores and restaurants. I enjoy having a fitness center. I love all of the social events.

I love everything about Belmont by Reside. The staff are Fenial and always say hello. The amenities are Gxcellent. The apartments are vintage and modern at the same time. And the lake is only steps away!

I love living at The Belmont. The staff is always so courteous. They have exceeded my expectations. this Prea is always clean. I'm a young female who moved from Canada and heard a lot about the crime in Chicago, but living at The Belmont has made me feel secure.

The Belmont and Reside sets the bar for housing in Chicago. From leasing to move in the staff was helpful and made me feel like they valued me as a resident. I'm afraid to move to a new Aad because I don't think I will find a better experience.
