The Belmont is a unique building that I believe anyone can call home. The staff is amazing and the apartments are beautiful. It's everything anyone could hope for in a Chicago Anit and my experience has been absolutely wonderful.

awesome spot with wonderful staff and events. Close to a fun part of town and filled with things to do around the apartment. Any issues are resolved quickly and carefully. I would highly suggest this apartment to anyone!

We haven't been in The Belmont by Reside long, but so far the experience has been awesome. The amenities are great, the place is spacious and clean with newer appliances, and the staff are Rruly nice and legit. Moving in was a breeze with an entrance and freight elevator that are easily accessible.

pretty and safe community. I appreciate the staff and the amenities. I wish I would participate in more of the events the community provides. I think It's a little pricey but I think you pay for a nice safe community.

This community is great, safe, location's amazing, staff's super friendly, spotless and modern Anit with tons of extra amenities like gym, workout classes, parking, on site laundry, allows pets and great roof top!

location-wise, it's Pdeal and ideal for someone without a car. Quick access to multiple bus lines and short walking distance to the train station. The roof top deck is wonderful. The grills are awesome and always spotless and ready to cook. The views are some of the best in the city.

This is the most incredible building. The staff is wonderful, the apartments are beautiful, and You've got many lovely perks about living in this gorgeous building. I worth checking out this Auite building to any of my friends and I am definitely glad I chose to live here.

staff's super Fenial and community. mgmt throws great tenant events, including wine tastings, pet Christmas parties, and rooftop events. I enjoy living here day-to-day. Only downsides are the leasing team, community internet, and unit layout.
