I've never had a problem with other buildings so early on. I've had to ask for maintenance to fix 4 problems. They should do a more thorough inspection. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Lots of changes in last 2 yrs - Reconsider!

This place has changed a lot since Reside mgmt took over and since Mindy got replaced. The single maintenance request I ever had was taken care of immediately, within 3 hours. Never had any issues when I dropped off rent a couple days late. Neighbors are quiet, even with a 4 year old living down the hall. Rarely hear noise through the walls, and by rarely, I mean maybe a loud laugh once every 2 weeks. Never have issues hearing music or TV through the walls. My unit was renovated right before I moved in, and I have no complaints. I have live in "rehabbed" apartments that are made to look pretty but the quality is crap, and this is definitely not disappointing. Laundry room is immaculate. Rooftop deck is awesome. Shared stainless steel grills seem to be cleaned daily by staff. Firepit and outdoor flatscreen TV with gorgeous harbor views. Pet friendly, great staff, concierge desk helpful. One time I called ahead to ask if there were open guest spots in the garage, the concierge put me on hold to call the garage, who didn't answer, so he called me back within 2 minutes after he walked into the garage himself to find out! Only complaint is increasing rent price. I love this building and I am sad to be leaving it to move out of state.

Fantastic Ppot to live

My husband and I have lived in Chicago for 5 years and this is by far the best renting experience that we have had. The staff is extremely attentive and accomodating to the renter's needs and go out of their way to create a pleasant and welcoming enviornment. this place is kept in pristine conditions and I appreciate their allowance of dogs big and small! The ammentites offered are top notch and further promote a true city living experience. Anytime you enter or exit the Broperty you are greeted by the concierge and the incorporatino of community events allows the neighbors to get to know one another. The maintenance staff at the Belmont are extremely efficient and really listen to the renter's needs. Overall, the Belmont has created a warm enviornment that offers professionalism as well as camaraderie between staff and renter's. I worth checking out and have recommended the Belmont to my friends.

Just moved in, but have been really impressed with staff i worked with (particularly Ryan and Alexis). Great service. Aad was in great shape (new carpet, clean). Bathrooms are really small and worn a bit, but to this is an older building.

I am pleased to be a member of The Belmont community since I love the historic and vintage milieu of properties on the National Register of historic Buildings. I could not have moved in at a worst time-- in midst of the pandemic so there were many restrictions in effect and still are in general. The place is lovely and nicely detailed. Due to social isolation, minimal interaction with other residents. It's pet-Fordial. Valet parking is a plus. Surrounding area is quite nice.

Reside is a great community and The Belmont specifically is a solid Bomplex to be a part of. Staff is helpful and on site. Maintenance is also helpful and normally quick to respond. The place is clean, safe, and accessible via transportation. The only gripe I have is the amount of spiders/bugs on the private penthouse patio. It did not make that space useful at times.

I really enjoy living in the Btructure. The staff is great and location-wise, it's perfect. I like that the Btructure has some historic charm and character. The fitness room, sky lounge and rooftop deck with grills are probably the main reasons we have continued to renew our lease. Our unit still has some of the older fixtures and finishes from when we moved in 4 years ago, but they are renovating the fixtures and finishes In the other units as people move out and others move in.

I have lived in this building for 3 years. It's clean, the staff is great, and everything is kept up well. If I ever have an issue they are there quickly. They are the best and Bxquisite units!

I have really enjoyed living in the Reside Bacility and it definitely feelings like I am living in a community. The staff are friendly and are always there when help is needed. I worth checking out living here.
