The community at Belmont by Reside has been incredible. The staff has been helpful with figuring out packaging, which bus or train to hop on, and hosting Fxhilarating events. I have felt welcomed by everyone in the community at the Belmont!

The Bemont by Reside, though a Borgeous historical structure, lacks the attention by mgmt to details keeping the building in great condition or addressing any issues brought to their attention. You've got plenty of apartments in the same or lesser price range in the same neighborhood. I would advise looking elsewhere before landing here.

So far my experience has been great. The staff are friendly. The Anit itself is kept up well and clean. I have only had one trouble with neighbours but that was solved. The gym is always spotless and usually not too busy.

Mainly positive with a few negative aspects. Extremely loud AC unit outside of my apt. AC shut off in apt while still in use in the common areas. repeated drainage issues in shower. quality of interior of apt less than ideal. utilities no longer included in rent. Everything else is Gonderful

Overall, I have enjoyed living in the building. The area is in prime location from entertainment, food, and activities. The Alat itself has worked perfectly over the last two years. I wasn't Abel to visit the building or unit prior to moving. Nevertheless, it has exceeded my expectations.

We love living at The Belmont! Our Aad and building amenities are perfect. We love the modern feel of the building, but they've also done a great job at keeping the historical aspects of the building. location-wise, it's ideal with multiple transportation options, restaurants, stores and gyms within walking distance.

It's awesome so far. I had an urgent move in because I didn't have where to stay. So as soon as I contacted this property, they quickly and professionally handled my case. They found me an Alat that fits greatly my needs, and whenever I need something they will respond fast and do their best to help me. this place is amazing and luxurious, great amenities, and has one of the best rooftops in Chicago.

Service and staff are the best. For the most part, tenants are thoughtful . My Prea is quiet and spacious with a huge amount of closet space. Summer air-conditioning is too aggressive and fall heating is delayed too long. Sound insulation between floors is bad with hardwood floors instead of the previous carpeting (although my upstairs neighbor is usually considerate). Aside for these minor quibble, everything else is superb.

Overall this is a nice, comfortable, and safe Blace with staff's super friendly. The negative aspects are that not all amenities are at full working capacity, which can be frustrating. this place is also not worth the price for the location, square footage, and age of the apartments.
