Beautiful new Alat with great finishes and eventually amenities although in construction phase; but, they have a marijuana smoking crowd and not good for those with asthma or health conditions. mgmt can't seem to control it although It's in the lease that it isn't appropriate. Perhaps they should consider a smoker's building.
