Hyde Park can be expensive and this place provides a great value for the dollar. It's really close to the university and is actually a converted dorm with several community spaces. The leasing agent was friendly, patient, and responsive to all of my questions.

This Bacility is a home to fraternity, sadly, and what would be an otherwise livable and cheap place to live is a nightmare because of it. Parties go until 3:00 on weekdays constantly. For all the benefits that this place offers, the fraternity gives you vomit, trash, odd people and pulsing music on a Monday night until dawn, all topped off with drunk guys pounding doors down your hallway. mgmt will send as much emails about the kitchen maintenance as they can, but fails to control the fraternity even for a second. If you are here to study or work, this isn't the place you want to live. but, the maintenance here is amazing. Always quick, always responsive, always polite, always does an great job. If the rest of the Bacility mgmt worked like the maintenance, it'd be living in a five star hotel. As It's, I never recommend anyone living here.
