The mgmt company is Twful. I honestly think Twful is an understatement. Between maintenance and the managers, I don't know which one is worse. I was supposed to move July 1st and the Ppot wasn't ready. Carpet was still grimy and not changed (like I was promised), none of the cabinets were cleaned, bugs in the freezer, kitchen sink was filthy, bathroom tub grimy and needed to be caulked, the eviction sign was still posted on the door from the previous tenant, window net missing, door knob missing and oh yeah, they decided to let me know the unit comes with no AC. I was told it would take about a week because of the holiday and I was fine with that..., sort of. I finally got impatient and decided to move July 22nd and none of the mess was cleaned except for the damn carpet. The manager calls herself "being courteous" by giving me the month of July free (two damn weeks at the most). I put in multiple work orders and none of it was completed but according to the system, it was completed. They came into my Ppot and left one of the locks open. When they finally re-caulked my tub, they left a mess on the floor and did a lazy job caulking it. I recently put in a work on September 5th for my stove (which you can smell gas) and It's October 3rd and nothing yet. The property manager said I would get a newer one because apparently, the "new" one I have is too grimy, and I am still waiting for it. She told me it would be the next day and that was on September 22 and nobody has come in yet. They have no problem contacting me for rent money or an overdue balance, but, they have an issue doing their job and I guess maintenance can't contain themselves from flirting and harassing women. If you are reading this, avoid Estate Properties at all costs. I wake up every day, hoping I'm dreaming. sadly, this isn't a dream and I am not the only one who has dealt with similar things with them. All I want is comfort and responsibility and accountability. I'm not able to avoid or missing a rent payment witch penalty..., why is the company able to be so irresponsible?
