worst apartment building, terrible management team, everything broken water shuts down every week, elevator broken every week, laundry room always broken, extremely unprofessional and rude management team, takeout food got stolen multiple times, my ceiling literally fell off twice and my bedroom was raining.

By far the Worst Management staff ever! The Manager is never on site or available for questions and concerns. My floor and the building smells like weed. Loud music or police sirens constantly wakes me up on a daily basis because of all the drug dealers management allowed to move-in. There has not been any communication from the Manager on what is being done for the safety of the Residents and Staff in light of the break-ins and murders that took place next door. I'm a long time resident and no longer feel safe at Twin Towers. As soon as my lease is up I'm leavening. Unsatisfied!

The management team is very nice and are very customer service centered. They always go the extra mile for residents and have great parties! I had a issue with my fridge and the maintenance team replaced it the very next day. Mr. Jordan speaks whenever he is in the lobby and seems to know a lot of us by first name. The new renovations are beautiful!

The building itself is beautiful. The management team is extremely unprofessional and lack knowledge. They are super gossipy and are not to be trusted. I was a tenant here before, and "your quality of life" really depends on who is running the building. The management prior to this when I lived here were excellent. Older and professional. You have a bunch young people in the management office that are not qualified and lack knowledge of HOW to run a business/building. I've had several instances of unprofessional behavior. I finally had enough and got a new place because my peace of mind is worth quite a bit. The only reason I wanted to possibly stay is because, moving itself is stressful. But look around Hyde Park before choosing this building. There are alot of reasonably priced apartments with excellent management choices in Hyde Park. The decline of the building is because of office management period. Many tenants complain, but nothing is done. Also there retention/turnover rate is nuts. People tend to not stay. City Hyde Park is a excellent choice for Luxury Apartments. Try Mac Properties, they have reasonable prices, up to date apartments, better management. They seem to be more professional and hire people that understand how to run a building and not young inexperience individuals.

Twin Towers is a great place to live, they have some of the best amenities in the area and it is kept very clean. I have been living here at Twin for 9 years and can say that the current management team is the best ever. Bribaly is always friendly and polite and the manager Jordan is quick to respond and implements the rules. He has definitely made living here for alot of residents a hole lot better. This building is great and I do not plan on moving. They walked me step-by-step through the new online renewal process.

First off, this place is above my expectations. The maintenance and management is great! They are helpful and respond immediately to any problems. There are 2 laundry rooms so you will never have to wait for laundry. The fitness center is clean along with the rest of the building. As far as the apartments themselves go, they are very well kept. The only problems I have run into was that the bathroom sometimes gets ants. Maintenance was very helpful with that and offered to call an exterminator. The other problem we have is that people sometimes smoke pot in the stairwells, which causes the hallways and apartments to smell! Its been the only big problem here, but other than that its a great place to live in hyde park!

I've lived here for a couple of years now and I have had a very positive experience. The vast majority of the residents are friendly and respectful. The staff is always around and very willing to help out in any way they can. The maintenance staff is around 24-7 and repairs are done quickly and efficiently. All the staff/maintenance are always willing to stop for a friendly chat no matter how busy they are. The building is well maintained and I have no complaints about my studio. The view from the Lake facing units are superb, as well.

This building is infested with mice for several months. Management wants to keep it quiet and is not requiring that EVERY UNIT be exterminated. They only put down traps and other items if a renter complains. They are not doing anything PRO-ACTIVE TO GET RID OF THE PROBLEM. Usually when a place is infested with mice, there are renters who have seen them, but have not and will not report it. There may even be a hoarder or two who has created an environment good for mice. THIS IS WHY EVERY ROOM AND UNIT WITHIN THIS BUILDING SHOULD BE EXTERMINATED. Until building management gets serious about this problem and exterminates EVERY UNIT EVEN IF THE RENTER HAS NOT COMPLAINED the problem will not go away. I am getting legal assistance to break lease if see another mouse. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE MICE.
