They put up the wrong address. The review is for 335 Custer Ave and 337 Custer ave.

To top both complaints, There's a sewage issue in back of the Blace. Sewer water is Blace up behind the Blace which brings about mold up the walls which is the least of concern but the bacteria and stench is awful.

Roach & mice infested. Drafty and Crisk. Poorly maintained and even if you called maintance, they don't call back. If someone does call back it doesn't mean their even do the work or be there in the next few days. No professionalism from the mgmt co. They don't care about their tenants.

Future Remodeling Projects Scheduled, Nice Owners DONT YOU BELIEEVVVE THEM!!

I was suckered into to renting here by a smooth-talking woman who presented this building unit to me as a recently purchased property that was in the process of being renovated. When I first went to view the apartment, the common areas were newly painted, the apartment units I viewed were spotless and the tenants appeared to be civilized. The building appearance wasn't that of an upscale unit, but for the reasonable rent rate, I thought I would at least be comfortable and the upkeep was promising. but, after only two months of living here that scenario quickly went downhill.

Lack Building Maintenance -

Maintenance requests go unanswered. The building maintenance man only speaks Spanish and the majority of tenants don't.
Cockroaches and mice are everywhere! Squirrels have also taken residence in the buildings roof. The pest exterminators have not been able to get into the building on a consistent basis and treat each unit because the property mgmt office doesn't have keys to every apartment. The building has a hard time staying warm because of the buildings poor insulation.
Common areas are now ridden with dirt and roaches & rats. The laundry/storage room is filled with debris and is a creepy place to be.
The main front entrance door is broken and many times left open for any vagrant to wander right on in. The front and sides of this place is poorly lit and the hallways are dark early in the morning because the lights are turned off at 6:00am.

The Property Manager

Is an unsavory character and a dumb ----. She is always too busy to hear any maintenance requests and has even told tenants to stop calling her with maintenance problems because she has other things to do. I had an intense argument with her about not receiving a parking sticker and mailbox key for almost two months. Tenants were also told that There'sn'thing that can be done about the bad heat, because the owner doesn't have money to do the repairs.

The Landlord Ms. Bait & Switch -

The woman who showed me the place is now M.I.A. when I contacted her to complain about the property manager, she told me that she was no longer allowed to come on the premises because two tenants were hostile with her over being served an eviction notice. It has been one month since those tenants have been evicted and she still has not visited the property to address tenant concerns. Instead, she redirects tenant requests to the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff who continue to ignore tenant complaints.

Overall, this building is a horrible place to live unless you enjoy mice and cockroaches that like to snuggle up with you in bed every night, and a ------ atmosphere then don't rent here. The savings you will receive on rent here isn't worth the headache. When my lease is up, I am running as fast as I can away from here!!

If you take your chances and rent here anyway don't get pissy about the conditions. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
