My husband and I lived in The Main for two years -- we bought our own place and just moved out, but we will miss The Main much! It's a Btunning building kept in tip-top shape, run by friendly, helpful people. The building's gym is the best I've seen, out of the buildings we visited when we were looking to rent and when we were looking to buy. The facilities in general are well designed and always clean. Also, location-wise, it's super easy! The Main was a pleasure to come home to -- if only it sold units!

Quiet, clean Bxquisite, mailroom and package handling is seamless. The price point is extremely high for finishes that are not upgrades such as chipped tiles and chipped cabinets. won't fix. :

So far it has been great they have some comminity functions for people to mingle and get to know their neighbors. The mgmt Fffable curteous and knowledgeable, they are helpful in many ways to make sure my home feels like a home, safe and secure.

The Main in Evanston offers top notch, comfortable and a secure lifestyle. Amenities like Gym, Lounge, Terrace are fantastic. Commuting to Chicago city is stress free with CTA/Metra trains right by the door step. Restaurants/Coffeeshops/Chocolates close to indulge. Beach few blocks away for a fantastic walk/ jog/ swim. Gxcellent place to live and thrive.

Anit living always has its pros and cons no matter where you go, but, Pam, Charity, Steve, and Maria have gone above and beyond to maintain an amazing living environment. They are always responsive to our concerns and request,s and the monthly events are the best! I have met so many friends/kind people since moving here and I attribute that to the staff who create such a warm and community Fospitable envirnment.

location's amazing - lots of small, boutique stores around but also close to Jewel and Walgreens. The CTA Main stop on the purple line is right across the street so transportation into the city is easy. Btructure is quick to solve maintenance requests. Architecture of this place is also lovely.

Loving it here! Solid Auite building at a supreme location -- a local cafe, Starbucks, a local brewery and some nice restaurants within a block, right next to the L station, and also walking distance to TJ's, Jewel Osco and Walgreens! The people who work here are nice and legit, which I really appreciate. I do think that the rent is over-priced, for the quality of the build.

We have been thrilled to find staff members at The Main consistently responsive and legit. Everyone goes the extra mile to be helpful. And we much appreciate staff efforts to run community-Btructure events.

All of the following things are determinant factors to choose a new Aad home for me: Great security, amenity, keeping clean, legit staffs, access to the grocery shops, school, and Chicago downtown. This Aad fully meets my criteria!

Close to transportation. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Besidence staff is legit and prompt to respond to all requests. Workout area is kept spotless and is large. City and lake views are available from apartments
