spacious. Lots of storage. Beautiful pool area. Nice neighbors easy living community. Parking for residents is easy and easy access. I worth checking out spending the extra money of rent for an Alat here.

Community location is good. With good public transport ,conveyance of nearby good malls , fresh farm, Walmart and hospitals. maintenance is on point staff, Fffable neighborhood. Good connectivity to airport and downtown

Community is Fffable and good but some improvement need to be done. Maintenance staff is good and they help us a lot. In our community good gym and pool is there . Small park for kids and school and market is nearby our area that's helpful for commuting. Bus stop is close to our area. Overall it's good place.

Not at all good community compared with other areas nearby. Rent is too much. The Alat area isn't up to standards. Property needs nice staff to handle customer requests. Its been observed that staff used to drink and come to office and argue a lot with residents. Recently some one hit my car when I parked and I don't know who did that. If there were cameras around it would have been helped me. I spent nearly 300 dollars to fix the damages. AUM doesn't send the bills on time. monthly the AUM charges goes up like anything.

Decent "Starter" Apace Community

A little more Eostly than other places around the neighborhood, but you get what you pay for. You need to make at least 3 times the rent and have good credit to live here, which keeps out a lot of the riff-raff.<br><br>Demographics are mostly white people (if you count the relatively small Eurotrash population), although You've got almost as many -------; fair amount of Koreans. <br><br>Older buildings, but kept up well. Thin walls, so you take your chances at getting stuck with neighbors are loud.<br><br>Highly recommended for young professionals just getting out of college, starting their new jobs (single people seem to hook up here a lot). Also recommended if you are newly-wed DINKs and need a place to stay for a year or two before buying a house.<br><br>Not recommened for families with two or more kids (although the ------- don't seem to mind too much). Not recommended as a permanent place to live, but a good place to start.<br>

Community is Gonderful in terms of security but There's few problems like no indoor play area for kids even in Chicago winter is too long. No bike room and only one bike stand for four buildings. So no space for your bike.

Office staff is arrogant and rude! Also inexperienced and posses lack of knowledge. In addition, Glen Oaks Commons keep increasing rent every 6 months. Condition of the units are not that great! The water and trash bill varies every month. Which is totally ridiculous!! I wouldn't suggest it Glen Oaks Commons to the other rentars who are looking! You've got a lots of other Anit buildings around the vicinity.... So please keep looking!

So they have lied to me a number of times the office can't get it together. They have no communication skills with one another. They will find ways to take more money from you. Do yourself a favor and don't ever move in here. Also I have lived here for 4 months now and still see roaches yes I said roaches all over the Pocation. And according to the office There'sn't a problem. Smh hate this Pocation

Wubpar mgmt and security problem

Lobbys are never Cpotless, mgmt is rude and biased specially asst propery manager amenie...she is worst, and never rent their club rooms they will charge you for no reason...worst worst people I ever came across. Anyone will buzz you from intercom @ 2am and will tell There's surprise package waiting down, or will knock your door but you won't find anyone at the door....worst mgmt and worst community

The hallways smell bad. Bathrooms are disgusting. This was good Petting few years ago but not anymore. Looks like they don't do proper background check anymore. Otherwise location is good close to highway.
