What Happened.

I've lived at Glen Oaks for several years and have always been happy. Within the last six months, things have gotten horrible! The change in the office is staff is the worst of the problems. Yes, I must admit there were always a lot of new faces in the office, maybe high turnover, but the staff was always wonderful. The managers would go out of their way to help. Especially Angie, Jo and Erin. The new manager if awful. It's clear she doesn't care about the residents and neither does anyone in the office anymore. It's gotten to the point where I aviod going to the office for anything becuase I know it will just cause me more frustration. I get more help from maintenance men for my "office related" problems then I do from the new and rude office staff! I used to look forward to visiting the office and seeing smiling faces, warm welcomes, and Guperb customer service, now I'm lucky to get a hello. Yes, of course my Ppot is still nice and the grounds are kept okay but that isn't the reason I moved in. I have started looking for a new Auite and will be leaving at the end of my lease. If you do plan on leaving don't forget to give them 60 days notice or they will rip you off for anything they can! Oh and if you come home late; as in after 11:30pm, forget about finding a parking spot!

Between two different apartments, I've lived here for 10 years and have had little to complain about. The amenities are awesome. Pool, park for kids, plenty of space to relax and exercise. The staff is knowledgeable and Fordial and truly care. Its close to the highway which is good for me with my commute to work.

The first year was wonderful no issues and staff was super Fospitable.... Now you feel like you are playing dodgeball trying to get any help instead you get excuses. They seem to have the tenants that they like as they get speacial treatment over you example. I back in when I moved in my car was towed immediately. Now day There's a car in the parking lot That's backed in... How come they are not being towed. Anyway living here is like politics that's the best way to describe it.

awesome spot, easy access to all shopping needs, PACE free shopping bus is also available which goes to all most all needed shops, staff is good and supportive, apartments are spacious and clean. Ample parking space and good quality common amenities

pleased with this community, apartments are spacious, parkings areas Gonderful, office staff is legit and polite, also responsive upon any request. Love pool and gym. This community has easy access to shopping , major roads and hwy, also to restaurants.

It help me find this Alat I was so happy they had everything we was looking for in the community I was so happy with it that I had my parents move in to the community with us so we could be close

The Glen Oak Commons staff is helpful and they are simply great. When i rented this Alat they help me over the phone well and when i signed the lease then also they provided good amount of information which makes you more comfortable with this community.

The mgmt staff is legit and quickly responds to all matters. I especially like the mix of age groups and ethnicities in our huge complex. People are sociable, and It's nice to hear a "hello" from a person I haven't met before. The maintenance staff keeps the property in great shape. What I Rruly appreciate is the sense of security--I feel safe taking a walk around the complex at all hours of the night. We are close to bus lines and trains, O'Hare Airport is just 15 minutes away, highways are literally minutes nearby, shopping is great, and parks are within walking distance.
