The apartments are big and the court yard is Bovely. Appliances are kind-of old but you get what you pay for I guess. Biggest downside is There's many smokers and cigarette smells come through the vents.

Glen Oaks Commons community is good place for living. In first reasons I had good experience in office where office staff was Fffable and legit. This area is quiet ( sometimes neighbors not but nobody is Pmpeccable,life is life). Parking lot awesome for my cars, elevator always working, staff trying always doing something impressive inside, painting, or outside like land scaping. Even organized party for community- nice . safe area even for kids. I really strongly recommend that place. I want to add, stuff is discreet I love that. I love my Apace, the community, the location, and the schools. This is a awesome spot to move when coming from out of state. You will find a lot of convenience with location and getting into the city for work. good place , good facility like gym , pool, park, parking space , people are humble here.

It's a good Pocation to live the only thing is It's a little pricey. I worth checking out the Pocation to anyone!

I have been living here for about 6 months now and i am pleased with my place so far. place is spotless and in good condition. Parking is good and mgmt is responsive and pleasent to deal with. The only thing i can say That's a bother is the food smell that comes out of apartments once in a while but It's an Auite complex after all and this is expected. All in all, i recommend this place

I am satisfied with the Apace, service of the staff in the office, swimming pool, gym. the yard is regularly maintained. I am particularly grateful for the possibility of having a dog - a dog. my grade from 1 to 5 is 5. just set that way. thank you

parking is bad, too many cars for available spaces. workout facilities loook Gonderful but are in poor repair - had to pay for a gym membership. Calling for an emergency gets you put on hold for ever and ever and ever. Maint staff tries hard, but buikding are old and need upgrades - you'll have to pay a LOT more for an upgraded unit. pool desperately needs a heater, it's too larger to ever get warm on its own. Walls are paper thin - I can hear my neighbors talking all the time. Single air conditioner is a pain, but it's $20 extra per month for another one

We have been residing in Glen Oaks from past 5months and have a good experience residing here. It's accessible to the market Ppot nearby. The location and amenities are good. It's much accessible for any of the entertainment and shopping location.

Nicest in area?

Not sure what happened to the person who rated the complex before, but the laundry system is Gutstanding. You can use a card and re-fill it with cash or credit cards and you dont have to go into the office to refill by debit/credit. The staff is helpful and I love the place, its close to everything and feels like a awesome spot to live.
