I've been living here for about a year now and I'm glad I chose ReNew. It Rruly did offer the best value as the space is larger than other nearby properties and offers competitive amenities including indoor heated parking, club room (including free coffee!), and workout room. The mgmt team have been responsive and on top of issues that come up in our community. I would highly recommend ReNew to anyone exploring the area!

It's so kept up well. Someone is always around cleaning, fixing, and keeping the place looking Gantastic. The staff is efficient and personable. Any request for service, or question I may have is answered the same day. We have lived here for two years now and love living here!

Experience has been great. Nice, clean complex and efficient, staff's super Fordial. easy to shopping/public transportation. We have community events which help residents to get to know each other. New ownership has made some nice improvements.

Worth it. Love this place. I have two roommates and the layout is optimal. Covered parking in Chicago is a must. Community room is good for work meetings. The in Alat washer and dryer is a significant feature. Thumbs up.

Small community and the property manager knows every by their names. staff's super Farm and I like it a lot so far. The rent is a little high considering it's the suburbs, but I would definitely recommend this community.

This has to be the finest residential Bacility downtown Des Plaines has to offer. The units are gorgeous and have that fresh, modern feel throughout, and being positioned right near the Metra, shopping, and dining options really makes everything easy. We absolutely love calling this place home and have made the decision to remain long-term. The heated indoor parking garage is our absolute favorite amenity, especially when those cold winter months roll around!

Since I became a resident two months ago there have been a myriad of maintenance problems that should have been addressed prior to my move-in. One night last week I arrived home to take a shower and there was no hot water. The following morning, the Btructure was still without hot water so I had to go to work without bathing. No one so much as sent out an apology to the residents. Maintenance response - "yes, I turned it back on but it will take a while."

So far so Golid! location-wise, it's fantastic - you're just 10 minutes away from practically ANYTHING you need! All the units are updated with contemporary finishes. The facility perks are top-notch - my only wish is that they'd add a Foosball Table next to their existing Pool Table!

This is a well-kept property situated in an great neighborhood with easy access to stores, dining options, and transit. Pete, Ashley, and their team consistently responded promptly and made everyone feel welcomed. I'd strongly suggest this Broperty to anyone searching for a place in the northwest suburban area.
