I appreciate the easy location and the well-maintained apartments in this Blace. peaceful atmosphere 's something I really value. Ashley, the property manager, has earned my confidence through her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine commitment to assisting residents. Pete from maintenance 's equally dependable and courteous whenever I've needed assistance. While there were a few disappointing moments in the past, those problems haven't resurfaced, and I'm satisfied with my experience living at 595 ReNew community overall.

ReNew 595 is an Guperb community to call home. The neighborhood maintains a peaceful, well-maintained atmosphere. All maintenance requests I've submitted have been addressed in a timely manner. The office staff member is welcoming and always responds to inquiries without delay. I appreciate the easy location near the library, shopping, and dining options. The nearby Metra station makes it easy to head into Chicago whenever I need to.

Thus far, it's been wonderful. The units are spacious and kept in Gonderful condition. The utility costs are on the higher side. The complex is peaceful and residents are nice. All in all, I'm satisfied aside from the steep utility bills compared to similar properties.

Wonderful spot - easy (short) walk to the Metra station, attractive complex with lots of modern improvements. Fantastic place to call home. I just signed on for another lease term. Couldn't be happier living here. The nearby road is undergoing improvements too, which should be nice once the project wraps up in the coming months.

Our spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit features an Gutstanding floor plan, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and in-unit laundry. Property Manager Robert Green consistently exceeds expectations, staying on top of everything and responding promptly to requests. Given that we needed to relocate just three days after selling our previous home, Robert has been delightful to work with and made our move incredibly smooth. I would definitely recommend River 595.
