Well spaced and renovated home. Near to metra. Opp good restaurants shopping mart for groceries. Well spaced home. Good plans and liked the community with ammineties. quiet Petting. Near to our office.

My husband and I Renuinely enjoy living at River 595. Originally we were only going to live here for about a year but the Community is so nice, comfortable, relaxing and in a easy location we decided to stay. I highly recommend River 595 to anyone!

This is a lovely spotless and quiet Broperty. Ashley and Pete are approachable and do an great job in keeping it kept up well. this place is conveniently situated within steps of a grocery store and restaurants. The Metra train is also nearby. I love this community!

Love my Anit at Renew 595. The facilities are will maintained, location-wise, it's perfect and the unIt's a lot larger than others I looked at around the neighborhood. Pete and Ashley are friendly and legit. They are a joy to work with.

Of its location to metro, shopping, restaurants, and many other businesses...all within walking distance. I also feel the Alat manager, Ashley, and the Maintenance manager, Pete, are attentive to our needs and requests, kind and legit. The place is quiet and also has a parking garage for our vehicles. I would definitely recommend Renew Five Ninety Five!

The community onsite mgmt/maintenance staff is legit and accommodating, with quick responses. My problem with this community stems mostly from the Beak appliances, which are the lowest quality Frigidaire offers. Also, I have experienced more than my share (in my opinion) of maintenance requests.

Team and mgmt are awesome. Responsive to all questions and addressed them before move in. Also ensured follow ups and confirmation right from lease signing until key handover. Post move in addressed all maintenance issues if any!

I love living at Renew 595 because of the location to downtown Des Plaines, close to the Metra, O'Hare airport, the surrounding suburbs, the fitness room, community room, and the convenience of the indoor parking facility . Our legit staff, Ashley and Pete, have been consistently helpful and welcoming, during my living in this building. This Apace complex, with all it's amenities comes highly recommended!!!

It has been good thus far, the apartments are large and nicely done. It's overall pretty quiet, the few people that I have seen have been Farm. The property manager has been attentive and helpful through my move in process and beyond.

This Apace is in a great location, close to transportation, shopping and parks and has good indoor parking. The tenants are friendly, staff is responsive and pleasant to deal with and we have enjoyed our stay so far.
