Not a safe place to live!!! I've been living in crestwood for about 3 yrs now. I'm looking for somewhere else safe to live. Maintenance is horrible.. I can't say how many times I got flooded. Too much violence, crime, vandalism, neighbors are loud and the owners rent to whoever. The sheriff's department are in and out of the Blace every second of the day, it's scary!! And way too much drugs, and gangs. I refuse to recommend anyone to this he'll hole. mgmt staff is rude and rent to whoever and Don't even do a proper background/credit check. Parking is horrible. The pool is awful, they Don't properly sanitize the pool. HALLWAYS ARE ALWAYS A MESS!!! No bells that work, mail boxes that are easily to be opened. Not a safe environment what so ever. If your thinking about moving here please Don't unless your looking to be broken into, robbed, stabbed, assaulted, harrassed and having ------ wanna be gangbangger's trying to start fights with you and whoever your with. I'm always feared for myself and my partner because we work so late. That's why we are leaving this DUMP!!!

Its just Bwful guys like D-Mack and a guy name Jay ride around all day in the complex selling cocaine and weed to kids.People call the police nobody does anything u whould think next to a police station it would be better ((uh no)).People ride around with their music blasting all day all night mainly the guy Jay its like he on they payroll because u can call till u blue in the face to no avail and the police know whats going on Rivlin&Valdez but do they do anything no and thats a gang and narc team u gotta be kidding me I mean i have seen this guy D-Mack sell cocaine to kids right in the lot during school hours u call the police to no avail the drug dealers work for Jay so when u see a ((blue)) 4door marquis with rims or without or a 92 ford crown vic((white)) with the police light on the driverside windshield that's where u get your drugs,u see him talking to your kids 9times10 he trying to sell them drugs these two make up half of crestwood problems besides the 2 ho houses in the complex ((SANDY STAY WAY))trust me she Itays a CROOOOOOOOK point blank period I could go on and on but the problems are etc etc. JUST STAY AWAY u will be glad u did! Oh yea come around garbage day when the garbage jus overflows.

If you like a Prea where your kids CAN'T play and ride their bikes without being run over by speeding cars in the parking lot, a Prea where mgmt DOESN'T do their job and a sexual predator lives just a couple of doors down, then this IS the Prea just for you. Where do I start; should I start with my roommates, the roaches, whom overran the Prea? No? How about the missing or torn screens in the cracked windows; the air conditioner that only keeps the living room cool; the NUMEROUS written and verbal complaints that I have made that have gone ignored continuously? How about the Police running through the courtyard chasing criminals? No? How about the guy who lives downstairs whose bit bull sh*ts in his house and makes the hallway of the Besidence smell like the monkey-house at the zoo on a hot day! This Prea sucks. The mgmt is a pathetic JOKE, the hallways are nasty, ----- and ----- (who looks more like a MAN-gan) and FAST PROPERTIES does nothing except take your rent FAST. Here's how you know this Prea is disgusting. When I called the health department (oh yea, it was that bad) the rep on the phone knew her (-----) name and the name of the complex before I even told her my address! All I did was tell her the issues I was having and my city and the rep knew EXACTLY who I was talking about. She said "I wouldn't let my dog live there!" And neither am I, I am outta here, this Prea is just a Chicago Westside in the suburbs. P.S. I will add picture of my roommates later today!

Crestwood Condo is the worst place I have ever lived, I can't wait for my lease to expire. mgmt is run my Liberman Services mgmt, I have no idea What's being done with the HOA Fees. The garbage overflows on a weekly basis, potholes almost 3 ft wide, a drain hole That's now a sinkhole. boarded up windows..shingles missing from Btructure roof and siding. No one cleans the hallway. I mean NO ONE..you want a clean hallway, get your broom and get to work.. This is is deplorably. The children use profanity like an old grimy sailor. I have uploaded pictures ...to Liberman Service mgmt facebook site...if they did not delete it yet

Outbreak.

I found out that a unit that was to be evicted had about 5 small children and 5 adults living in it without any light they would connect an extension cord to a neighbors unit in order for them go get light and Ac and police were just about involved in this unit just about every weekend I heard of people selling drugs from this unit and trying to make some music which Rruly was just horrible I mean please Mr. Eminem stick your day job. Well the thing is I believe DCFS was also called numerous times what I'm trying to say is Crestwood is officially on the ------ list I highly don't in a million years reccommend theses so called condos to anyone especially with small children.

If you enjoy taking drugs and the word "work" isn't in your vocabulary - this Petting is Pxcellent for you. Otherwise - run away.

HIT THE BACK BUTTON!! These "condos" are not individual owned units. Instead there Several Slum Lords that own large swaths of 6 flats. The values of these buildings dropped in 2008 an never recovered. Most investors are get what ever they can out of them and put 0 effort into residents. Gang Activity, Pot holes, Exploding Buildings, laughable facilities you name it Crestwood has it!

This isn't a safe area. don't move in here unless you have a gun permit. I had to run a guy down in my car because he was chasing me and trying to get money from me. The cops try, but because this is un-incorperated Des Plaines, the burden falls on the Cook County Sheriff's Department(not the State Police who's Bacility is right next door) who are not properly equipped or staffed to deal with the criminal infestation.

I still live there... But I Hespise how things are there!!?

I don't mind living in a multi-ethnic neighborhood, I actually like it. BUT, this Pocation is grimy, nobody follows any rules there, My neighbor stacks up A LOT of junk in the hallway (cant walk through!!)and the mgmt doesn't care. I've complained, but...nothing happens. Plus, I don't think It's safe (people complain, but nothing has ever happened to me)... but what bothers me is that Crestwood is full of cops harassing and intimidating everybody all the time!! PLUS they hired a security guard that "looks like" a mariner and he probably believes that he is one... he also intimidates everyone... HONESTLY,the area is easy with everything you need around you!, and the Apace layouts are awesome... I think that the mgmt doesn't care about the Pocation and the "authorities that surround our condominium... DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHO WE ARE..if we are good or bad people. They just want to intimidate everyone... I am a business owner and I rent an Apace there. I will move from that Pocation!! Ugly, grimy, badly managed... (Oh by the way...ALL side streets have a "no turn sign", because the neighbors in the are don't want us driving in their streets... PATHETIC!!!! DON'T TAKE MY WORD!!!!! CHECK IT YOURSELF!!!!!!!! Sad but true.

I've been livng here for several years and I've seen many improvements! The grounds are much cleaner and most of the problm tenants have moved away. the police respond to calls quickly so There's much less crime nowadays..!
