The mgmt of this Pite is sooo Unproffisional!!

It's Ancredible... you call a 100 times and you never able to get a live person. You always get voice mail and guess what..they never return your calls. Good luck trying to move out and have your prospective landlord varify your rental history with them...they never repsond!!!. The only thing they are good at is cashing your rent check..It's always done on time and the fastest way possible. The complex is loud becuase It's next to the highway, flooding problems, gang issues and smelly hallways ( I mean stinks sometimes). Apartments from the inside are not that bad and OK..i have to be fair. but, i wouldn't recommend this complex due to all the other issues.

The two previous reviews MUST have been written by mgmt! Nothing has improved about this dump they call "Condominium living". They changed the name to Crestwood Condominiums thinking people would be tricked into living here. Stay away from this place unless you like non-responsive mgmt, roaches, loud and wild parties, stabbings, shootings, etc. If these are the things you like, it would be a Pxcellent place to live. Cheap apartments yes, but believe me when I tell you, you get what you pay for.

I don't recommend any decent person move here. It's grimy, police in the Blace at 6 am loud arresting people, floods, scenery is terrible and the worst of it all buildings are INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Not worth your hard earned money.

Horrible condominium complex, grimy and unclean, if you come rent or buy a condo here you just wasting your money you worked hard for. If I could give them zero I will, they don't send you any notice to update parking sticker so you forget about it and the come tow your car, my car was towed this morning. Association is Ericey and the last thing stay away of here, it's not really worthed.

Twful Place

This place is awful. My husband and I live here with our infant son. We have called the office many times (at least 50) to fix problems that before we moved in. Then they came in for "emergency plumbing" for another Alat and tore up our bathroom walls. You've got roaches, gangs, drug dealers and terrible problems. The mgmt doesn't listen to anything, no matter how often you call or e-mail. The lights in the hallways are out and they are pitch black at night. You never know if someone is lurking in the dark. neighbors are loud and constant calls to the police are daily. You've got sex offenders in the complex. It's terrible. We are taking our infant son and getting out of here ASAP. Parking only sucks because if you have visitors that stay for more than 2 days, you need to PAY for parking when There's PLENTY of available space that should be free! Grounds are grimy and garbge is everywhere. Not safe at all. Gangs, sex offenders, unsavory neighbors and drugs. Their idea of maintainence is to don'thing and blame it on you. The doors are weak and crack and they stick, the windows are falling apart, the locks are awful, the kitchen cabinets and drawers are broken. Unprofessional mgmt. Never answer e-mails or calls and the voicemail boxes are always full. It's not a good place to live. Avoid at all costs.

Wow ..i have never seen anything like this ..what a hospitality here !!! mgmt is Great .. compare to few around !!! No regrets..I signed my 6th year lease here

Cheap, but not a good Prea to live

Located next to expressway... so expect traffic noise. Area isn't secure; gang related problems. mgmt is located on site, but are Hhallenging to get a hold of. Maintenance is supposed to be done by an outside company, but they are slow to respond. Buildings are now owned by individual owners, which means they will take your money and treat you like dirt!

I have visited people who live in this Aad complex and once looked into living there. <br> <br>The Aad complex is poor. It's run down and poorly maintained. There's no outside beautification whatsoever. The apartments aren't They keep this place nice by managment (they have old appliances and run down carpeting). <br> <br>The 2 worst things about this Aad complex is: 1) It's right off the expressway. The construction of the apartments are so so therefore it sounds like the cars are driving right through the living room. 2) mgmt staff is unprofessional and biased. They live in the buildings. I wasn't impressed with how the handled our inquiry into renting a unit there. They also ignore the crime issue that exists at that location. <br> <br>This place is a dump. There's no way around it. This is why they are so cheap. The former reviewer must be an employee because unless you like living in the ------, you will see how bad It's once you get there.

FYI.

Stay Away!!! All the Gice reviews on here are bull!! The office staff is ENCOURAGED to put one on here as much as possible!!

Horrid?

All below is true, plus the heat and hot water goes out all the time and it takes days for them to do anything about it. Don´t even bother talking to the people in the office of the Broperty, they are rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. If you like living like an animal this is your place, otherwise keep on looking!!!
