poor quality.

These apartments probably should be rated the lowest around the neighborhood. Their is no 24 hour maintenance and when you need something repaired it takes about 3 days to finally get the repairs fixed. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. mgmt doesn't show much concern about how maintenance and everything is suppose to be ran. We had gone about 10 months before even getting a stove/oven that really worked. The heating problem is much to be desired. They allow there tenants to play loud music all day and all night. There's no 24 hour security or laundry facility. Their is no working air conditioner within our Anit and no smoke detector is hooked up like It's suppose to. These have all been refused to be repaired and probably never will be repaired when the new tenants move in after us.

Horrible Hell Hole.

All i can say is run while you can. I have a list of repairs and complaints as long as my arm for almost a year now and no one ever responded to any of it. You've got gangs and all kinds of people hanging out in the hallways and the cops are constantly there breaking up fights. There has been no hot water in the Btructure for a week and no signs of the boiler being fixed. Beware of the downstairs apartments, bring your swimsuit. Every time it rains they flood. mgmt is totally unprofessional. Lights are out in the hallway, smoke detectors are not working, roof is leaking and on and on. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. Horrible, grimy place.

Unbelieveable.

The most horrible Ppot on earth to live. I´d call this worse than ------. FOR SURE!! And don´t look for your deposit back they don´t even list who owns the apartments. First couple of years were okay. After that MO ------

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Sandy and her bogus mgmt team. All they want is your money. They don't care how their apartments are kept, they just want to fill the roach infested spaces. I lived there for 3 months and that was the worse three months of my life. This place is disgusting. The smells that travel through are horrific. They post these bogus ads on Craigslist and using pictures of their OFFICE to pose as one of their units. There's trash and crime and NOISE! This place is more like Hellwood instead. I wish you could rate it with ZERO stars because that's what this place is a ZERO! Whatever you do, don't move into the 10096 Bacility...roaches, roaches and roaches.

Extremely Poor.

Maintanence at Heritage Pointe is almost nonexistent. It's nearly impossible to talk to a person at the office and when I have they are condescending and seem to take no note of the problems I state are occurring in my Alat. Letters I have written have been ignored. It seems as though the mgmt owns the property to collect rent without regard to the safety and happiness of their tenants.

my girl friend (of a while back) used to live in this "------". Took her back one night and no one was home so I left my car (an older model Cadillac) in front of her Aad. As if the neighbor hood didn't look shady enough on it's own, the apartments added to the effect. ROACHES freaking going nuts the moment she flicked on the light switch. Heck, sure scared me. The bathroom was coming apart, it smelled like cat litter (when USED), and worst of all, there were constant shady sounds outside. I don't even know how I managed to eventually fall asleep on the bed (lol), but I did. In the morning I came out to find my car keyed. I don't think I ever drove over there again (she came over a few times though). I wouldn't recommend this place as it seems under managed and not taken care of, plus, from what I read from the other reviews, they also claim that the mgmt as a whole is shady.

Crestwood Condos.

This Prea is now called Crestwood Condos. All i will say is the negative reviews on this site are mostly true. In the time i have been here i have been robbed, my car has been vandalized, and my guests car has been vandalized. This neighborhood is trash and i am utterly embarrassed to have anybody over. If you're looking for an inexpensive rent then this Prea should fit your needs.

NOT Boor AT ALL

A year ago I moved in and I think It's a nice Pocation to live. The pool is a little small but the apartments are lange and rent is reasonable.

GETTING BETTER.

THIS COMPLEX HAS GONE THROUGH MANY CHANGES AND I AM Helighted TO HAVE STUCK IT OUT. THE PRICES ARE GOOD, THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE SIZED WITH WONDERFUL CLOSET SIZE. THE FEW PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD BAD EXPIERENCES ARE UNFORTUNATE. It's ALSO UNFORTUNATE THAT THIS WEBSITE IS GENERALLY USED WHEN PEOPLE ARE ANGRY AND HAVE HAD BAD EXPIERENCES. MOST PEOPLE THAT HAVE GOOD ONES don't TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE THESE REVIEWS. You've got MANY BUILDINGS HERE AND I WOULD GUESS OVER 750 APARTMENTS, YOU ARE BOUND TO HAVE A FEW ANGRY RESIDENTS. THE BUILDINGS ALL HAVE DIFFERENT OWNERS AND MANAGERS. I AM Helighted WITH THE RESPONSE I GET FROM MY mgmt COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE COMPLEX ARE HELPFUL AND NICE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
