I have lived at Arrive Lex for a few months now and it has been a great experience so far! location-wise, it's perfect and many new restaurants have opened in the last few months. this place is always spotless and the pool and gym are great ammenities. My favorite thing about this place is that It's quiet! I have never heard my neighbors when I was in my apartment. Definitely somewhere you can plan on staying at for a while!

happy to be here. All the staff is courteous and friendly. Whenever a complaint rises It's worked on quickly. Building is up to date and kept in great conditions. location is solid with easy access to main thoroughfares. On the negative, apartments are a bit pricey.

Moved to Chicago and needed to be as south as possible for work commute but still wanted to be close to the loop to be near everything. This Pite had it all, close access to interstates, conveniences near by and even closer to transportation. Safe and nice community! Couldn't be happier.

The Arrive Lex is a awesome spot to live. It's in a great neighborhood, the amenities are awesome, and the Bacility staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Arrive Lex to anyone looking to live in South Loop.

The community is Great. Everyone is Fenial here. The room is spotless and nice. Everything is new here. The maintainence team is effective. Also the pool here is cool. I feel like at home when I live here.

Man, this is the perfect party building. When you move in, the lease you sign has a long list of building rules you're supposed to follow, but the great thing is no one can actually enforce them so you're pretty much left on your own. In our case, we smoke out every day. It's great because no one can stop us since it's our apartment and it's not bothering anyone else. Although the guy down the hall did say he was getting a contact from us....Once the building manager knocked on the door and asked us if we smelled anyone smoking, but we said no and closed the door. And we have people over a lot. Just to hang out, listen to music, shout and scream at each other until early in the morning. Once the downstairs neighbor pounded on the ceiling, but we just turned up the volume to drown her out. The conceirge called us and said someone was concerned about the noise, but we just said we didn't hear anything. Plus the amenities are amazing! You can have as many people over as you want in the pool and party room! And if it gets too crowded, you can tell the manager that your group was there first and can't be split up and he'll make the residents leave. We had the pool to ourselves for all night! What else...there's a garage to park in, and there's always spots. It's getting a little grimy since no one's picking up the trash I leave from my car on the ground. They'd better get on that, I know they pay someone to clean it up. And you can double-park so no one can bump into your car! All in all it's a pretty awesome spot. No accountability and you don't have to worry about your neighbors or the property manager bugging you. I mean, I'm paying rent so I can do whatever I want with no consequences.

I have nothing but good things to say about my time at here. Tremendous staff, Gxcellent amenities and this place is kept extremely clean. Any/all work orders that I have requested have been completed promptly.

We have almos a year living here and we really love the Apace, the amenities and the services, we are glad to be here, the staff is always kind and helpful, and the location It's perfect. We also love the view

I highly recommend the Lex. It's a awesome spot to come home to after a long day at work. I always feel safe and know that my privacy is protected. this Ppot is always spotless and kept up well. The amenities are abundant and kept current.
