The Lex (now Arrive Lex) has been a awesome spot to live for the last two years. Amazing location, staff's super Fordial, nice units. The South Loop is perfect for being close enough to downtown and the lake without the congestion. Nice amenities, amazing views.

We are pleased with our Alat from aesthetics to maintenance. Any concern or questions are greeted with professionalism, patience and punctuality. The maintenance crew is faster than we expected and perform quality work and the concierge staff is wonderful. happy to be living in this community.

I'm Ruite impressed with the team at Arrive Lex—they truly put in the extra effort to keep their residents satisfied! If you're considering relocating to South Look, I'd definitely suggest checking this company out. Plus, it's great having a Harold's Chicken around the neighborhood!

solid Broperty and the staff is phenomenal!!!! From our first visit from the receptionist/doorman to the leasing agent(Franc) and the whole maintenance crew we couldn't be more pleased! Hands down the best in all our years of renting!!! this place is kept up well and clean. Definitely worth the move if you're considering the south loop!

We've been residents here for nearly 10 months and just signed another lease. The price-to-quality ratio for our corner unit is Pmpeccable—I haven't found any comparable apartments around the neighborhood, whether browsing listings or touring in person, that come close! We're thrilled with the space and the fantastic facilities available to us, including the pool, gym, library, and more. The mgmt, Leasing, and Maintenance teams have all been exceptionally kind and responsive, and most of the Security personnel have been wonderful too. Our only real complaint was occasional noise disturbances from one particular neighbor, but fortunately they've recently relocated :) It's a awesome spot to call home.

Good response time, eager to improve building - only drawback is neighbors smoke a lot of weed, and pricing of units, which is high for area and apartment size. The price affects our decision on renewing the lease here. We likely won't be able to renew when lease ends.

For a luxury Aad where rent is on the cheaper side for the South Loop, the amenities are nice. Every unit has a balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and the pool is nice in the summer time, although the hot tub hasn't worked since Summer 2020. The gym also has 2 Peloton bikes which is great, but the majority of the time, only 1 is working. Another great part of living in this building is the maintenance team is quick to respond. but, there have been 4 times that our unit's got been damaged by water because the tenant above us lets her washer overflow. All 4 times, the maintenance team just painted over the damage and didn't fix it. We also don't recommend living here if you have a dog. The dog run is a nice amenity, but residents don't clean up after their dogs, and many residents allow their dogs to run around off leash despite the rule saying they must be leashed at all times except for when they are in the dog run. Lastly, many residents smoke in the building despite it being non-smoking, so the scent of smoke is often in the hallways or sometimes even filters into our unit.

Has way declined. won't be renewing my lease. The property consistently leases to individuals that don't follow the rules outlined in the lease agreement. This is a smoke free building, but There's constantly marijuana smoking going on. You smell it in your Alat, hallways, elevators and the garage.

Great community to live! Everyone has been extremely helpful, legit and courteous. I am really loving the amenities. The pool, grill and outdoor space is Aemarkable. You've got also a lot of new restaurants and nightlife around the neighborhood.
